You are a really great teacher. I wish I found your channel when I first started. My technique has improved a lot because of you.

I appreciate this video... It was right on time. I was doing my Giuliani studies this morning and they just go from C to G7.. extremely boring!! To make them more interesting, I worked with the Dynamics. the tone colors of the guitar... the highs and the lows... messing with the Rhythm a little bit.. and I got some music out of these studies as opposed to just Bland C to G7. It's not enough just to play the guitar, you have to be a musician. ..and the guitar is your instrument. Segovia said it was a mini Orchestra. And when I listen to him play, It's the tone colors, the Dynamics. all the decorations and ornamentation that can be done within a piece of music. and we must be the conductor as well as the performer of the music that we are performing all at the same time!!! Challenging but well worth it. Thanks again for sharing.

You were right about hearing other songs in these scales that blew me away but I'm really listening now making sure my left hand isn't killing another strings sound, and I adjust a lot like I told you, bad habits so I guess wearing it hung down to my knees is out to. Oh well.

Glad you can use it. For the next step with these, check out Variations for Arpeggio Practice on the Classical Guitar (if you haven't already).

5:55: You are putting us to play those 4 chords with just 3 fingers: PIM, and I don't like when I have to play first chord with M finger because I have to move it wider and then, normal, for playing the second chord, then wider again, for playing the first chord.
Why doesn't finger A come into account here in order to help me playing more smoothly this progression ?
PS: The previous exercises (from previous videos from playlist) didn't put me to open my hand wider in order to reach another chord with finger M, instead of the chord that is the closest to the one that finger I played...

If a guitar lesson starts with dos and donts with all the talking, learners are lost in the whirlwind and find themselves out in desperation!!!
