In my case AI 810 is used,there are 3 TB's 1st and 2nd is fuse TB and 3rd TB is unfused. 1.For TB 1 incoming is +24vdc from external source (not from C terminal of module) outgoing is to 2 wire Tx. 2. For TB 2 incoming is from B terminal of module and outgoing is to 2 wire Tx. 3. For TB 3 cable is connected to A terminal of module but other end is open. Can u plz explain how it works
In case of analog output card how the wiring is done? I watched in a panel there analog output C1 was connected with fused tb and A1 was connected with unfused tb
Sir apki jo first wali video hai 2 wire and 4 wire wali usme sir apne ye batya hai ki Terminal A is use for 24 volt DC and B is use for +ve ma. And C is used for - ve ma. Aur es wali video may apne batya hai ki Terminal A is use for - ve ma and B is use for + ve ma and C is use for 24 volt DC. Too sir esmase konsi connection correct hai?
this is right the last one. but this is only for abb dcs not every DCS/PLC so do not learn the connection , every PLC and DCS have its own connection format , but the connection philosophy is same.
mera ek doubt hai external supply (SMPS) se 24 volt DC le rahe hai (+24VDC Transmitter me diya Uska ( - ) point AI card ka B1 (+24VDC ) bana ,,,AB AI card ke A1 me (SMPS) ka ( 0 VDC) dege tabhi to circuit poora hoga ???please clear my doubt😔😔
Sir 4-20 amp output signal kya hai ? Matlab amp toh current ka unit hai or current flow hone ke liye voltage chaiye ! Mera question yeh hai 4-20 amp signal main kitna Voltage rehte hai ???

why the positive terminal of the transmitter is connected to the negative terminal of the AI card. why cant we positive with positive and negative of the transmitter with negative?
