Look this is a banger…You just need to wear it in the right setting and the right weather. I put this on my skin last winter to a private dinner party and it was a compliment magnet. It’s heavy so you have to do this one right but it’s really masculine and if you pull it off it’s because it just vibes with your skin, the season and the setting.
Agreed. This is an aspect that some reviewers frequently overlook.
It’s a very nice fragrance. It’s best served in intimate settings in the cooler or cold weather situations.

The Whiskey note is very cleverly used. I do get a chocolatey vibe, similar to Herrera Bad Boy.
I like it in a date situation or in a dinner environment with four to six people.
It does hang in there on clothes and as she said it’s addictive.
I love this and indeed you are right about that 'make up' note, I believed it was from the iris but wasn't sure about it - it adds a little bit of a femininity touch to the perfume, makes it gorgeous.
I love Dior style of iris, I also love givenchy style of iris. I need both, and I have both. Not only does givenchy gentleman privee have a whiskey note but it’s nuttier than Dior homme intense, from the chestnut accord. You have to be an iris fanatic to really appreciate givenchy gentleman privee and Dior homme intense.
definitely do a review on gentleman boisee…think its the best of the line and rivals the one and la nuit as it reminds me of a combination of those two types of fragrances…seen other big fragrance reviewers also mentioning boisee was the best

Spot on review, but pound per pound compared next to each other, Dior Homme Intense takes the prize every time. It just feels slightly brighter than GGPR.
How would you compare spicebomb to naxos? I feel like they smell really similar or is it just me?

That's actually hard to say. Dior homme 2020 smels like a man. When women dont like super sweet fragrances and they say they want you to smell manly, Dior Homme 2020. Because manly is sexy. Doesn't have to be seductive to be sexy.
As for The One, great scent, if you can smell it. Dior Homme 2020 youll get 6-8 hours out of. The one is like a 2 hour fragrance, no joke. There are plenty other seductive fragrances out there that you can actually smell. So I say Dior 2020 on this one.
Would it be redundant to own this if I already have Dior Homme Parfum & Intense, along with Valentino Uomo Intense ??

Givenchy Gentlemen has been around years it’s a perfect compliment to flesh as a sharp suit is for style but i would not be impressed if a woman wore it i think they have plenty of erotic/exotic perfumes to choose from without visiting the Homme section for smells as it says in the title.. for Men.

For me, the EDP and Boisee are the best in the Gentleman line. Reserve Prive on my skin is just the EDP with some smoke and whiskey, which to me is not as good. Iris is one of my favorite notes/accords, and DHP, DHI and VUI are all the same style, which is one of my favorites. All three are amazing, as well as Gentleman EDP and Boisee.

Why are you reviewing irrelevant & old fragrances like Givenchy Gentleman or Grey Vetiver instead of new ones, which are under the radar?
This is literally a year old. That and she reviews stuff that most people know bc most people are going into Sephora or Macy's, which don't carry "under the radar" or more uncommon fragrances
