Oh! I see you did one of these for each and every season for Naley. So impressive! Or at least so far I've found 3, 4, and 5. I need to track down 1-2 and see if you kept going for all the seasons. This is the first time I actually started to see the charm of this song. I hated how it seemed to glorify toxic relationship dynamics -- I think tbh I'm overly sensitive because my abusive mom would throw a phone across the room 😬🙃, but this captured SO many undervidded humorous moments and silly fights and exactly what this song is supposed to be about I guess. I really do like some aspects of this song and always did, the idea of staying despite some minor fights, the "hang out with you for my whole life" line is such an innocent young way to describe ever after love... and it works SO well for Naley! This was SUCH a fun way to overview season 4. This was just SUCH a great video.

I know a lot of people hate this song but I have such a soft spot for it because I was in 4th or 5th grade back when it came out & I remember making little Barbie stop-motion videos to it lol It honestly does kind of have toxic glorification undertones in retrospect, but I agree that the "hang out with you for my whole life" lyrics really encompasses young love in a specific way. Season 4 Naley was so cute & funny and they immediately reminded me of the playfulness of this song! I'm glad you're enjoying all of my Naley edits. So far I've only edited seasons 1 through 5 but hopefully, I can do 6-9 soon
