    Searched for galangal hindi, found आमादा, it is so easily and cheeply available in West Bengal and Bihar. Kafir lime, hindi - गन्धराज. This is also easily available in West Bengal. And Lemon grass can easily be grown in a small pot. Thanks for the recipe.

    Thank u it’s an amazing recipe. Just wanted to know when I use fresh coconut milk I need to add corn flour to thicken the curry. Is it ok

      Happy you like it ! So homemade Coconut milk curles sometimes, I suggest you add 1 spoon besan to it. This will prevent curdling. Since homemade Coconut milk comes without any additives etc it does happen

    Wat do we add for jain preparation. That's no onion and no garlic.

      You can simply skip the onion and garlic. If you have some Celery add that a bit to give the pungency like Onion.

    Thai red curry ka colour kashmiri chilli se nhi aata hain
    Coriander roots use hota hain stem nahi, and white peppercorns use hota hain
