Same. I make a pile/box of items to declutter then go do something else and when I come back I make the mistake of looking in the box and fish things back out! Lol. I have to be strict with myself and know if I haven’t used it in a few months or I’m not going to reach for it realistically then it has to go no matter how much I spent on it lol! I am so bad about it. I also have to think to myself, if I haven’t missed it in the last few months then it also needs to go. 🤷🏻♀️Why is it so hard??? 😢
Jessica braun just inspired me to declutter my nail polishes. I very rarely wear it anymore except on my toes during the summer and occasionally on my fingernails but every nail polish chips on me within a day anywyas so I didn't need so many. I think I paired mine down to 5.

Years ago I had close to 200 bottles of nail polish, I now only have 12. I gave a lot of them to my cousins. I loved that Flower beauty palette but I hated the pans (I like the square ones better)

I have such a hard time decluttering makeup. I have a smaller collection and even if I don’t use something I can’t get rid of it. My makeup drawers are pretty full though so if I buy much more I will need to do something.

I have been recently using the most amazing thin but still incredibly lovely foundation called, "Chanel Le Beiges Water Fresh Tint". It is absolutely beautiful. Editing: Oh darn...just realized they sell in China... might not be cruelty free, so you may not be interested.
I totally get the nail polish thing. I went on a nail polish no buy at the start of 2020 because I’ve realized I only like painting my toes. I had over 70 nail polishes (and that was after a major declutter for a cross country move!). Now we are down to around 40 and while I still think it’s too much I’m just going to try to use and enjoy all these beautiful nail polishes I spent my hard earned money on.
I really like Essence but not a huge fan of the concealer either. I have some sun damage/spottage on my neck so I will probably just use it up that way by covering that area.
I have 130 nail polishes but I don't use the same or whatever. Just using the same nail polish 3 times is boring to me. I often randomly pick one to wear. I rarely have a precise idea of which one I want to use.
I have been trying to declutter the Bite Beauty Strawberry Froze as well but it cost so much I keep thinking I love pink lipsticks I will eventually wear it but I never do. Tfs.
Kelly, exactly i bought the BIte foundation i wore it straight for a while then i just could not wear it , it was too thick and i'm 54 , so your like 30 years younger so there you go . I just love tinted moisturizers between Covid and my age , dry skin. I prefer light to no coverage as well. and the other spectrum the only luxury foundation that looks amazing on me is Tom Ford , go figure . Evereything i wear from TF looks outstanding, from what i have been told.

The Essence concealer... i agree. it's not that good. I didn't even think it had good coverage... I like to use it as an eyeshadow base more than anything.
I really miss the old bite lipsticks from 2014-2015, before the amuse bouche replaced it. It was soooooo creamy and moisturizing. All of bites stuff in the past 5 years is DRYYYYYYYY except the agave lip care. But the colors are so drying :( at least everything I’ve tried.

i HATED the essence matte camouflage. i loved their original camouflaged but when they reformulated it i was kinda upset because it looked so bad on my skin.
