Although Ethan is the simplest man, he understands that he is simple and acts accordingly. Damien however, is only slightly less simple, ,but doesn't realise that he's simple at all, thus causing him to act the simplest of all the men.

25:00 - the only way to keep the place from turning into a sweat shop is to have fans that suck the hot humid air up and out, while AC blows in to replace it and the system rotates the air so relative humidity stays below the actual temp (example 72 degrees = 70% humidity or less).
If you have room; you can buy a livestock fan and have it blow across the mats, I saw the footage of your room and it looks like pure hell.

there is absolutely nothing more effective than the UV light keeping the matts as clean as possible

Two suggestions. 1) Make an invite only comp class , which was discussed, but not named. 2) Get everyone a Morpheus heart rate strap so that the coaches can see who's in what HR zone in real time. You'll also be able to tell if people are over or under training.
What's the point of inviting guests onto the show if you're never going to let them speak?
