I love Snows. I've been here and I've ordered their brisket and had it shipped to Minneapolis. It's been great either way. I also love their jalapeño sausage and ribs.
oh how i wish someone up in summit had some good barbq. would love a giant baked potato with chopped brisket smothered in sauce and butter and cheese! ha ha

Not even close to "best in Texas". Its good. The line is fun. Snow's crew very hospitable. I like to come about once a year just for the fun of it. But its far from "the best". Better than any garbage coming out of Colorado though.

I went to Snow’s Thanksgiving of ‘19 and was blown away. Their picnic area was a bit smaller but we also got there at 9am and there was no line.
Oh wow that’s amazing! We got there at 4:30am and were 84th in line …. 😂

They dont sell "banana bread pudding". Its banana pudding. Big difference.

I've been to Snows many times as I went to college down there. Also been to the "Kids" BBQ place. The young guns are the real deal.
Watch out for them “NEW KIDS”. Lmao. Obviously you don’t know bbq or Texas bbq for that matter.
Snow's is OK. Its very similar to the old school joints like Louie Mueller, Smitty's, Blacks, Kreutz, etc. Its good, but by far from "the best".
