Drill America Hand Reamers are designed to enlarge an already formed hole in most materials such as metal and wood. They are made of high speed steel and have a long starting taper for easy entry and accurate alignment.
Drill America Hand Reamers come in straight or spiral flute. Straight-flute is recommended for most hand reaming applications while spiral-flute hand reamer is recommended for applications where there is an interrupted cut such as a keyway.
Drill America also offers Adjustable Hand Reamers. Adjustable hand reamers have straight flutes and expand by loosening one adjusting nut and tightening the other. Each reamer expands to the next size.
