@@slowedmood7440 You can easily tell who all the damn casuals are. War Thunder is an example used due to how far it has come, it started with ww2 vehicles and it now has modern vehicles. This will be the same, ww2 campaigns and modern campaigns. The fact that they are making modern events at this stage so early in the game implies that we may get modern campaigns relatively soon in a couple of years.

If they were to do a later conflict for a expansion/other game I feel a vietnam/cold war would work best with the dynamic of this game. Currently the game plays as using bolt actions till you eventually unlock semi autos, but imagine now starting with semi auto sks's and m1s to eventually unlocking ak47s and m16s.

This would make an amazing game mode if they added APCs, MBTs, IFVs, planes such as SU25 or and A10. maybe helis. Russia vs nato etc. would be a super hit. (Non NPC settling)
Maybe some of the divisions could be special forces, example:

Abrams - Sabot/HEATFS to turret rear, detonating ammo
T80 - Sabot to centre mass side, detonating ammo

Aren't the Abrams supposed to have blast doors? So catastrophic ammo detonation wont always kill the crew, but rather saving the crew and the tank. Or they haven't modeled the blast doors yet.

@@bas8792 nah, I played this event also and I had no problems to destroy enemy tanks, he is just a bad tanker, drives the tank like a race or drift car, too much moving and wrong decisions for batteling infantry (when he repaired his tank for the first time, he did this directly in the fighting zone, thats why he lost the half of his crew and get lucky, that he didn't lost the rest, only his barrel was broken, he could drive back, out of the battle line).
The thing is, this was just a event, the main game based on WWII vehicles and combat, even when they used the engine, the models and assets from War Thunder, not all game mechanics from WT are in this game, mainly those from modern tanks.

It is more difficult to control than tanks in WT and the damage model is strange - harder to kill a tank than in wt.
Foot soldiers to have AT weapons. Just in this event, they didn't put it in(probably because this is just a test)
