    If I had known that my atari xl was able to do this thanks to a few genius coders in the 80s...

      Well said. Demoscene are the legends that made our machines as cool as we thought they were!

    Are you using an NTSC setup? The demos run a bit fastervthen I remember them.

      I have this Atari 400 Mini set to 50hz Pal format at the moment, cause demos don't run in NTSC since not many were made in that format, it's not a USA thing. Hope that helps!

      @coffeecuparcade thanks for the reply.
      Maybe my mind played tricks on me. But it doesn't matter too much.
      Thank you for posting Atari videos. There is a shortage of those 😄

      @@crtxl I honestly cant see much difference unless I'm playing a game like Sonic the Hedgehog. Now THAT game is in slowdown for me on a 50hz machine since I'm 100% used to NTSC speeds there.

    Thanks for putting together this compilation.
    I know this isn't a demo, but I just have to include this since it really does illustrate what a 64K Atari 8-bit machine can do: th-cam.com/video/RhzitD2pecw/w-d-xo.html

      I play Space Harrier all the time on my 800XL! Seriously amazing game. I am searching for Demoscene to play off of the Atari. Stay tuned for a part 2
