I think i would have written out the recipe on a scratch piece of paper, cooked a batch to see how it turns out, THEN write it out real pretty for your recipe book. . .
What are "flax eggs"???
I’ve made the recipe for many years and was confident it would turn out yummers! (And it did! 😁) More worried about consistency, which was a bit looser than normal before cooking, but I formed into balls and it did just fine after that. The flax egg is when you soak ground flax in a bit of water till it gelatinizes, kinda forming an egg white consistency. It is a substitute for real eggs. 👍🏼
