I discovered this podcast recently like literally end of December and I am having so much fun binging it. I live abroad so this has been such a saviour whenever I miss home. So much nostalgia and memories for the 90s kid specially. You know one has binged it so much that I had a dream last week where I met Aadar and it was the funniest meet ever. I have experienced something called out of body experience where you feel that your soul is leaving your body . This still creeps me . I felt like I was swinging very fast and my soul left my body and I was back in my body after few minutes.
While I was watching TISS post lunch today, I got really sleepy and decided to take a nap. I ended up having a dream and I remember it to be a very interesting one, but I can't remember exactly what it was about, though I know it was a story of some sort and I was a part of it. Post waking up I got really busy and didn't get the time to think about it, which is why I don't remember it now. Now back to watching the remaining part of the episode! 🙈❤️

I used to experience sleep paralysis regularly even a few yeas ago and I can't express how helpless it feels. I did not see any demon or anything, in fact it used to be pitch black. It is like your body is sleeping but brain is fully awake. Whenever I faced it, I used try to move any of my body parts, like fingers or tongue or anything. When I could do so, your body gets freed from it.

Sleep Paralysis happens when you have terribly fucked up your body without rest, I used to get it so regularly, almost felt like I could control it after a point like Adhar said. Its still damn terrifying though. Never let it happen to you, always take proper rest and take care of your body.
So does anyone also have dreams about giving exams and going totally blank. That has been a very recurring nightmare even though I left studies like 7 years ago.
