I'm not big on these signings. I think we should have signed Matt Brieda and Frank Gore Jr instead. Brieda knows our system well. He was solid during the preseason and he has actual game day experience. As for Frank Gore Jr... he put some hard fought numbers in college and during the preseason with the Bills. The way he plays reminds me a lot of his dad. He is not afraid to run over defenders. He is hard to tackle behind the line of scrimmage. He can catch very well and he is great at blocking.
This year the search for nose tackle and center should have started. Three more Fast Linebacker who can tackle would be nice too. Even if the 49ers Look to the USFL college ranks for 4 year seniors should do it. Warren Sapp as DC, Saleh as HC
