Some of us are not crafters, and when you go an even less specialized store (JoAnn’s) there is so much variety that we wouldn’t know what claps to get etc…now I know what clasp for my seed beed bracelet which matches a necklace.
I have only just found you ladies a few days ago, & am thoroughly enjoying binge watching your videos. I’m interested mostly in jewelry, but have also seen & enjoyed other crafts you’ve done. Very glad to have discovered you! Your teaching is clear, succinct, & fun. Thank you for your well planned and very helpful videos. I’m sharing you w my jewelry friends. From a new fan in Texas ✨💖✨
love those clamshells ... saw them in Hobby Lobby and asked the woman next to me what are they for, she did not know either. So glad you told us because they are very elegant as well as the clasps. I'll be on the lookout for both. Love Blue Moon products. You teaching is fabulous.
We love clamshell bead tips too! So easy to use! And thanks for the kind words! Here's the complete how-to for this project on our blog: runningwithsisters.com/delicate-beaded-friendship-bracelet/ Jennifer & Kitty
Thanks Lilly! We got these barrel clasps at Michael's, but we haven't seen them there for a while. You could substitute a magnet clasp since they come in a similar shape:www.michaels.com/12pk-gold-magnetic-clasps-by-bead-landing/MP443279.html Here's the project on our blog: runningwithsisters.com/delicate-beaded-friendship-bracelet/ Cheers, Jennifer & Kitty

Hi Darcy, Ours are not 24K, but look very bright! FireMountainGems has some good options: www.firemountaingems.com/itemdetails/h209502sb Here's the complete how-to on our blog: runningwithsisters.com/delicate-beaded-friendship-bracelet/ Thanks, Jennifer & Kitty
This is exactly what I needed for a few dear friends of mine, simple and elegant, but with a WOW factor, what a beautiful statement to make with some beads. Well done!
Hi, Really sorry, I forgot to ask just one more question! What size crimp bead and clam shell would you recommend using with the 19 wire? Would a 2mm x 2mm crimp and 3.5mm clam work okay? Thanks so much for your help. :)
Yes! We love them. They are Glitter Line chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, and wire cutters made by EuroTool. They look like this: amzn.to/3tEdl60 Hope that helps! J&K
Beautiful! I love this and your video instructions are very clear. How would I calculate length of wire and number of beads for a 6 inch to 6-1/2 inch bracelet?
You can leave the beads on the temporary strand they come on and measure how much space they take up. This bracelet has 2" of seed beads, 2.5" of rondelles, and 2 more inches of seed beads making it about 6.5" plus the clasp. We recommend starting with a 12" piece of bead stringing wire. Here's the written how to on our blog. runningwithsisters.com/delicate-beaded-friendship-bracelet/ Hope that helps! J&K
You are one of the few instructors with enough foresight to shoot the video with a great camera angle(over the shoulder). I feel as if I am sitting next to you which makes it easier to understand. I have a bad sense of direction. I am unable to understand some tutorials when it’s ‘face to face’. My brain has to work twice as hard to process; because, I see it being backwards.
Thank you so much for the nice feedback! We agree it is so hard to learn a hands-on craft like this while facing the instructor. We teach the way we like to learn! We love that you feel like you are sitting next to us! We also have complete how-tos for all our videos on our blog: runningwithsisters.com/delicate-beaded-friendship-bracelet/ Jennifer & Kitty

So pretty! May I ask where you bought your seed beads? And are they 24k? I’m struggling to find round, 24k lined, size 15 gold ones for some reason.

Yes, that seems like it should work!

Gorgeous! Would you recommend using a 19 wire for bracelets and necklaces? I'm still trying to work out which thickness of wire is best. Thank you. :)
Yes we like 19-strand the best. It's the Goldilocks of bead stringing wire. Not too expensive and not too stiff. It's just right.

Hello, i wanted to ask where did you get these tools from? Did you get them from Amazon?
