And, Ab teri permanent booking ho gayee. Gurudwara when she is mad at the beginning. And, the most touching is the Bus Stand where she has a premonition of something, which he tries and neutralizes by filling her Maang with his blood, but her expressions are very very telling. Very compelling acting by Kiara, and convincing by Sid.

Martyr means "a person who suffers very much or is killed because of their religious or political beliefs, and is often admired because of it". Similarly "Shaheed" is also related to religion. "Killed in action" is the right word/phrase.
