However... i do disagree on his standpoint with Meditation.
Its highly beneficial to enter a clear state of mind. And its healthy too.
I agree with you. Meditation, when used properly, is a must if a person wants a full, conscious life. What I believe Mr Bezmenov was saying is that there is a danger in believing that meditation will solve all... it won't. There's a great saying: "If you meditate all day, they'll come and steal your furniture".
