I keep getting an error message saying connection to Bluetooth has failed. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and nothing. Now I can’t finish the set up 😢
Does anyone know how to install this to work on an iPhone 8 the problem I have is that I also have the eufy video doorbell which I want to keep. I don’t see an app for the lock or anything on the app I already have for the doorbell to had the lock. Will I have to return it? I need the function of letting people in when I’m not home.
Hello, I checked and you can add multiple Eufy devices on same app. You just need to add new device by pressing + on app, choosing the new devise and it will be there. I am not sure if you error is specific to App in iPhone 8. But you can try updating or reinstalling the app. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
Hello, When you open App, select Device, then select Settings on top right corner, swipe down and select General, then Internet Connection and you can turn it OFF. Then Lock will use Bluetooth connection to operate Lock. Nut all the remote controls will be OFF. Thanks
@@How2 awesome thanks. I am assuming that if I turn off the wifi then I will lose notifications of etc. once out of bluetooth range? won't get notifications of door being unlocked for example.
@@thabarejew Yes, you are right. As per the App, before turning OFF the wifi, it says "Turn off the Wi-Fi will improve battery performance, and disable all remote control capabilities. You will need to use Bluetooth to connect the lock once you turn off the Wi-Fi."

Trying to unlock from app has a very long lag time. How can I make sure it’s using Bluetooth and not wifi? I am well within the Bluetooth range.
