This is actually INSANELY helpful I have the test tomorrow and I know i can do all of the FRQ's well but the MC kinda screws me up (we also did a practice test in class and it was this exact one) so this helps A LOT. Thank you!
This was so helpful! I actually have my test for tomorrow, and I got a lot of MCQ wrong on this practice test. The explanations made complete sense and were very thorough!!
This is a tremendous help, im very worried but I got most of these right before you went over them. I’m mostly worried that I’ll blank out over FRQ, especially #6, anyways wish me luck haha
SOMEONE HELP ! 25:17 why isnt he using the z chart to find the confidence level? (why does he go straight to the t chart to find it even though the critical value is z*). also why is the answer B for question 15 (40:20)??
The t-chart shows the confidence level directly whereas the for the z-score tables, you'd have to find the 1.65 from the margins, look at the probability then decide the level... if that makes sense? T and Z are actually very similar, so this is actually a very smart shortcut he decided to use. I'm SHOOKED lol, but yes he def should've explained it more instead of going straight there.
1:05:55 that's not how you use binomcdf for this question. you can use binomcdf to calculate all 3 probabilities and yes n=10 gives the greatest one. 1-binomcdf(10,.5,6) 1-binomcdf(20,.5,13) 1-binomcdf(100,.5,69) cheers.
We use Ti-nspire calculators, which allow you to enter in a low value and a high value, rather than being from 1 to x. You're correct for the notation used on a Ti-84 calculator.
Thank you. 6 years later and you’re still helping people out. You’re a great teacher, this helped a lot!
