That neighbor is trying to gain access to the kids, saying he knows him trying to gain trust with the cops while the kids aren’t even present to speak for himself and recording the situation. He knows the children are vulnerable and in a bad position. It’s strange and he’s immediately setting off red flags. I hope the children are safe
