Looks like a Ptrap type plumbing issue. But that is a sort of good design because things might get stuck in drum through that pipe.

We have a Leak from the soap dispenser. I did Exactly what you did but found NO CLOGGED from the Black Hose . Any Ideas what the problem is? Thanks 🙏

The actual dispenser can crack and needs to be replaced

@@jacobgranek8547 replaced the soap dispenser once as a tech because of leaking out the front. Not sure if the brand though. I will go home and try to use the information in this video.

I think this clog was caused by not using liquid soap.

Powder soap Seems to cake up and maybe HE soap wouldn't however liquid would be guaranteed not to clog. I will fix mine after watching this video.
