Just a little helpful criticism: 1. That's too much work for a road scientist, just use a tree or barrel for cover. Also, it only takes 3 melee hits to kill a road scientist and they can't fire a full clip from their P2, so they're disadvantaged. 2. After the recent cliffs update, bear combat pathing has been fixed, making juking extremely difficult.
yeah thats the best way ill go into more depth. place a high triangle foundation( twig so you can shoot through it), agro the bear, play cat n mouse, easy kill no danger

try kiting the bears around a triangle foundation
