The brava was sold in brazil . I'm pretty sure the marea was called a "bomba" in brazil because of lack of maintenance , especially the 20v turbo , they need to be very carefully maintened , but they are very good engine with great sound , and can make quite good power i love this engine

Aqui no Brasil, a Fiat lançou o bravo,poucas unidades, raro achar um hoje em dia,vendeu pouco já a Brava foi produzida entre 1999 a 2003, versões SX, ELX / 1.6 16v a gasolina, HGT /1.8, as 1.6 são mais fácil de manutenção por compartilhar motor com outros carros da linha, mais valor elevado manutenção e peças, já estão praticamente acabando em desmanches, as que sobraram talvez sejam neo-colecionaveis, a HGT/ ninguém quer. Difícil. Manutenção, peças muito caras, e ainda sofreram com a fama das Mareas/ sedam e perua, de serem bombas, motor 5cilindros/fivetech, carro excelente, mas manutenção e peças caras, problemas não resolvidos desde lançamento, pegou fama de ruim e acabou com os carros, estou reformando uma brava/1.6/16v, gasolina, único combustível, aqui diesel só em camionetes e caminhões ,para carros e proibido por lei🇧🇷👊👍
msm pira, compramos um brava sx usado por 5k, mano dificil pra caralho achar as peças e olha q sou de BH, mas tamo indo bem o carro é pika, arrumamos quase tudo.

@@fakeloid3145 Eu também tenho um sx 1.6 2001/2002. Estou com ele há 10 anos mais o ou menos. Recentemente fiz o cabeçote dele. Na Olx , mercado livre, consegue peças pra ele. Quero deixar o meu todo reformado, não largo ele, pelo menos é o que eu penso até o momento.

Как первая машина отличная альтернатива автотазу, просторный и удобный салон, человеком себя чувствуешь. Плюс оцинковка, так что с кузовом обычно проблем нет, а все остальное меняется. В ВК группа есть, можно почитать по машине.
I could forgive this car if the pedals weren't designed for small people. It's very easy to push both gas and break pedal at the same time, accidentaly revving the engine when you want to stop. I never had this problem with any other car.
The sedan version of this car, Fiat Marea used to catch fire in Brazil but both are amzing cars and very nice to drive, obviously not this version 1.2.
Marea is not the sedan version of this, its a different, larger model, and was never sold with this small engine. Its from the same era though, so the front end of these two models are similar.

Had a ,,company car, brava , back in 1999, a 1.9 diesel, and had driven also a 1.4 petrol, to my own suprise (as being not really a Fiat,-/ italian cars lover ) those cars had abosolute an amazing ,,look,, and the drive was als very good indeed ( only very short frontseats..too short ) but i liked both the 1.9 diesel and the 1.4 petrol and now i.m actually looking at a ,,1999, Brava 1.2 petrol that i might gonna buy😂

Mam Mareę 1.6 i dużo lepiej zbiera się, niż Brava 1.2. Im wyższy bieg, tym większa różnica. Kręci na piatym biegu do 6100rpm. Jest wtedy głośno, ale jest 210 km/h.

The 8V-Version used in the Punto is very silent. When idling, you can't even tell whether it is running or not.
