i've ALWAYS loved Raki. She isn't pickable in every situation, but vampire Raki is so disgustingly strong into certain team comps, especially team comps that are mid/low damage and have no water.
edit: I feel like if Ethna wasn't so insane, people would be thinking Raki is way stronger than they think she is now
