FrSky Ethos 1.5.x: Assign sounds to switches, Telemetry Logs, Special Functions O-20 Series E13

Too much great information! In this video we’ll
1. Turn on telemetry logging in Special Functions, HIGHLY IMPORTANT
2. Assign switch call outs. When you flip a switch, the radio will tell you what switch you just enabled.
3. Assign a telemetry value call out to a switch- In this example, we’ll show you how to let the back button on your transmitter callout how much VFF (Link Quality) you have when you press the the button. Get real time updates of link quality.
4. Bonus- We’ll also cover the flight modes and how just one simple change in flight mode can save you from having to change 12 other things in dual rates and expo, special functions.
The O-20 Series is a 20 part series on the FrSky Ethos based transmitter. Instead of a random series of videos not tied together with any common theme, this is my attempt to make one very long series of short videos with one theme, taking you from total Ethos novice to comfortably moving around inside of Ethos . These videos are taught in Ethos 1.5.x. Ethos has changed a bit and I felt it was time to update the video library. If you take the time to watch this series you’ll be ready to get the most out of Ethos.

Very simple. I have been using this system for four years. Very easy to navigate and setup. The setup options are endless. All that's required by the end user is to invest in your time to sort things out.

Hi Steve, great videos. I'm trying to set up audio for my ASS-100 airspeed module. Everything is going well until I get to the Sequence page and there is no telemetry selection available in the source window (FW 1.5.9 FCC)

I have voices on all 3 flap positions. As I go directly from Flaps up to Full Flaps, the voice for Mid Flap is heard. On the 3 way switches can the mid position voice be unspoken when going directly from position 1 to position 3?
