Thankyou!!! Im re adjusting my dinan midpipe once again on my 17' m240i and they did not include the torque values, and i forgot to check how much it took to break loose. Looked for an hour till i found this
Looks good as well as improve the handling I bet of the car, just don’t like the look of when the brace meet the middle part they look welded on wich don’t look very good, although it might be in just thinking would have been better connected all in one with the middle plate rather then welded
It helps stiffen the chassis, therefore making the car handle more consistently at higher speeds/cornering angles, therefore improving the handling characteristics
Extremely helpful especially with showing the torque which is what I was after. Thanks for posting!

Also works for the F30 as well. Did it on my 335xd. Recommend.

Do you know what size or part number the 6 bolts are for the center brace?
Does it fit the pre lci f20 aswell? Only seen people do it on the lci.
Tools sizes?
Will this work on the F22 ?
Berreie1616 pretty sure they are standard on the 2 series coupe
Do I need to get a geometry done after doing this?
No it doesn't affect Geo, just increases stiffness.
where can i buy this kit ?
Williams performance sell it as a kit.. £135
