Wait, i thought when an enemy base is upgrading and it gets finished, it usually says to you that you can find a new opponent. Because the game dosent refresh when someone upgrades or somethin like that.
I have a full lvl 74 boom beach account. It took YEARS of grinding. Satisfying, but if you look at what it would cost to upgrade everything, it would be thousands and thousands of dollars to create a new account and fully upgrade everything. oh, btw, I have 3 accounts.

However I earn so many resources when I log on because everything is easy when your offense is stronger than most level 30s that appear on my map.
