Buenas! Esta tarta de queso deliciosa y fácil, si quieres probar, busca en TH-cam: tarta de queso La Viña. Tienes infinidad de vídeos donde te enseñan a hacerla. La verdad, en este video, la saborizan demasiado. La original es más sencilla y para mi, más rica. Saludos!!

I know you'll never see this (chef), and I know if you do, you won't change, but so that other people watching this can get the info, I'll go on and give my tip anyway. Flip the lemon halves the other way when you put it in the squeezer. You'll get ever drop out of the fruit, and the oils from the skin, too (in the times when you don't first zest the lemon).
I learned this from my Mexican neighbor many years ago (around 1988) and flipping the lemon so it's "backward" with the cut side down instead of up and then squeezing gives muuuuuuch better results.
These cheesecakes looked phenomenal. I would love to have some right now. Thanks for posting.

D lo que se trata aquí es de que hay un señor, el repostero del restaurante "La Viña" de San Sebastián, que creó esta tarta de queso. No es ninguna receta tradicional sino una invención reciente de un señor.

En España tenemos variaciones de esta tarta , las hacemos con base de galleta también con la mermelada por encima sin nada más que queso... Pero todas tienen algo en común. No puedes solo comer un trozo!!
Es que esta receta en concreto es del pais vasco, incluso se hace con queso Idiazabal que esta de muerte
