    There is the advice I heard, that if you are hired as a vp of products, you should take the first 2 weeks to talk with customers. I think it is similar to our situation, where the ceo for example, should educate everyone that he talks with employees ...

    Another comment is Dan Lok's observation in a short video named "Why You Shouldn’t Copy Me Or Others In Business". Want to say that founder mode , most likely , works for every person differently.

    The founder mode calling out the leader to be on the weeds, doesn't mean that it weeding the whole forest. But the ability to be in the details on demand.
