Doctorగారు సాయకాలం తర్వాత నీళ్లు తాగడం తగ్గించమంటున్నారు మూత్రం పోసిన తర్వాత నీళ్లు తాగకపోతే రాత్రి నిద్దట్లో cramps వచ్చి నొప్పితో లేచి చాలా బాధ వేస్తుంది నీళ్లు తాగితే కానీ cralmps తగ్గదు, దీనికి పరిహారం లేదా? ఆ నొప్పికంటే రెండు గంటలకు ఒక వెళ్లి మూత్ర విసర్జన చేయడం ఒక విధంగా మంచిదే కదా.
