My issue with all these gi-based guards is that your feet are so exposed, it doesn't apply to anything other than the artificial world of IBJJF Gi rules BJJ. 3:55 - there's a nasty heel hook just waiting to be had. Not having a go at you for showing it, just find the direction of the sport disappointing.

No heelhooks in Gi so all is good. Good to hear your opinion about the Gi BJJ sport but I almost care as much as I care NoGi or selfdefense BJJ and that is zero.
