It's so cute how Mexico (and Italy) like to make food inspired by their flags. The 3 easiest colors to work with, imagine having Blue. This dish is so intriguing, i don't think I'll ever be motivated enough to peel walnuts 😂😂
This recipe sold me on your cookbook. I had to buy it . This is my favorite dish to have at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I’ve tried other recipes and none come close. This is excellent.
I made this today and it was delicious but my husband said that he feels like the meat was to sweet how do you recommend me making it more savory ❤ i would appreciate the help

Is it always a cold dish? I tried in a restaurant in Mexico and it came cold. I guess it would be even better if it was hot.
It's supposed to be eaten at room temperature. That is the custom.
