This is by far the best and most professional description on how this effect is attained. Thanks so much I'm saving this and am going to try and use this method to make a 3d shelder from 151.
I’ve been wanting to try this for years and I have just started practicing with MTG tokens. Knowing the process and little tips and tricks from this video is very helpful
I wanna see this done on a Magic the Gathering card! That would be next level for sure and be more of a challenge! I love your creativity and talent though.
I was so ready to do this, then when i grabbed the knife, i remembered my doctor said ill never be able to be a suegeon because my shaky hands, son of a gun, lol
I am going to start making these, they look so nice! I do have a few questions though, Is it matte or gloss mod podge? (your deviant link goes to gloss but you have matte in the video) With the edges, do you paint the colour closest to the main colour around the edges? Thanks for the inspiration!
Its perfect tutorial, thank you so much for sharing this! Your art inspired me to try this myself. I have 1 question, Why didnt you do the texturing and rasin on the beam? I guess this would fit perfectly
I don’t know what exactly she uses but a dotting tool is basically a small, round tip metal tool. They’re found at craft stores or stores where you can buy nail polish, as they can be used to create nail art
Thank you so much for the amazing tutorial!! I absolutely love your work and want to try my hand at making 3D cards with all my bulk pokemon! I was wondering, when/how do you choose when to use super glue vs modge podge?
I might have to try to make a couple of these. I'm thinking of starting with a simpler card to start with though. Any recommendations for cheap and simple cards?
Can I please have tips in cutting? I've tried a couple and it keeps on leaving with marks on my cuts.. I'm using a decent knife though.. Appreciate it!
Amazing! Im gonna start a reaction channel so I can react to you'r videos! Great tips! You absolutely redrum this card! How do you decide how when to use the foam tape thing?
I dislike for killing off those cards you could have just printed something that looks just like it on some cardboard from a $100 printer but you killed off that poor weezing what a shame it looks cool but sad
@@hugomazeo1479 She shows off atleast 10 dark golducks, on price charting they are $2.42 raw in heavily played condition, for light played they are near $5. So she just used $50 not 0.03 to 0.20 doll cards what ever that means, These are team rocket cards not 2020 bulk

Why not use energy cards as spacer cards? Seeing that fossil card being used as nothing more than a spacer card kinda hurts my heart a little.
Thanks for the how-to! I have a bunch of Diglet (Base Set Team Rocket) cards I want to try this out on 😊

Fine work! Can't be easy to film so many tiny pieces especially while it's wet/drying all at the same time!!
Could energy cards be used for the filler cards?

Hi!
What kind of black paint did you use?
Is it acrylic as well?
Greetings from México!
Yes, it's just black matte acrylic paint
This looks sick

You do know these are 0.03 to 0.20 doll cards right? That probably would just be put to a box on a shelf and never be used again
