Love your videos, I'm new to Racing Pigeons but I have been into Show pigeons since my childhood days. What would be the max quantity of young Homers I should keep in a 10' x 5' loft?
Please let us know if the young bird gets back in safely. I had an old bird slip out as I went into my loft, a couple of weeks ago, she had been in there as a prisoner for 4 months, and appeared happy, but unfortunately I haven't seen her since.
I got a few questions I’m getting 4 pairs this weekend. Is it hard to get them to breed. How long should they be in the coop before I can fly them. How old should there young be when I let them out first. What’s a good mix of grains I can feed them. Thanks for your time! Love your vids!!!
@@redstarloft5211 we've purposely stopped breeding now as the Coronavirus could stop racing, we haven't reached our quota of babies but if we don't race they will all be useless for next year so will have to cull them, fingers crossed we all get to race hey

The birds are lovin' the aviaries.. Looks like you may need to add another feeder to the young bird side. Getting kind of crowded at the breakfast table... I'd just call that one bird a Chocolate.. ;-)
Enjoy your new loft and the Birds. They will come together. Switch the pairs if they continue to have mishaps. Sometimes It happens. Rollers do that also. But in time they will learn Next thing you know. You will have to build another loft. Enjpy the Therapy.

you have on the ground dis rosters , i dont like dis , you damage with dis the feders of the pigeoens and you can not cleanning the ground efridag like dis is not haelty for your birds
I am not 100% sure i know what youre talking about but if youre refering to the floor damaging feeders then thats definitely not going to happen and raised floors are not unhealthy for the birds, not sure where youre getting your information...if thats what youre refering to.

Thanks for watching! It depends on the setup and layout of your loft but as long as every bird has a perch for itself they will be ok

What breeds are they? It looks like lots of racing homers, but I never saw any in the fancy colors.

rae sremmurd sremmurd I was going to do that but these are 2019 birds and have never left the loft and just hit breeding age!
