Liz it is just a design, u will get it in Kenya if u like the design. A very small sitting room. No way a washing machine can be found inside the kitchen, maybe along the corridor but mostly next to the toilet here in USA.
You must remember our houses are smaller. Big houses are pricey and are owned by the wealthy in wealthy areas. Don't look back and compare with Kenya just enjoy what is given.
