I think the main reason AK isn't more strict is because hes barely online so he feels like he doesnt get much say in the matter because he doesn't know all the details of whos in the gang, who is not what theyve been up to etc etc. He does put his foot down on stuff but a lot of times he'll say its up to ming and 4head cause hes never around. I think if he was around more the gang would be a lot more strict with their rules. Like when he didn't let anyone that wasn't in the gang in the warehouse for example and it became that whole drama situation with julian and julians gf forgot her name
