La Giorgi è meravigliosa, 😘 un talento inespresso , soprattutto per colpa di suo padre che invece di mettersi da parte e lasciare che diventasse una top 10 ha voluto a tutti i costi rovinargli la carriera con la sua evidente incapacità ...solo che il suo credere, non so a che titolo, di essere un coach l'ha compromessa...

This chick is the hottest female athlete in the world regardless of sport and its not even close...Her tennis career isnt going to last too long though im afraid. She doesn't seem that engaged when she plays to be honest. The modeling runway is calling her name.

Ma secondo voi ha/avrebbe le capacità per giocare a tennis nella sua compiutezza? La avete mai vista appoggiare una palla con delicatezza anche quando non era necessario tirare a tutta o, di più, quando tirare a tutta era controproducente? La avete mai vista tentare una smorzata? Un pallonetto al posto di un passante?
Di quel che era all'inizio ha mantenuto quasi tutto, quasi senza alcun cambiamento. Ha solo capito che non è il caso di sparare la seconda battuta sempre come fosse la prima, riducendo il numero di doppi falli; ma, a bilanciamento, ha, giocoforza all'avvicinarsi dei 30 anni, ridotta la sua straordinaria mobilità di gambe che era la sua vera arma in più, quella che le consentiva in un bel po' di casi di arrivare bene sulla palla e spararla di là, piena e profonda come piace a lei.
Ha avuta certamente anche un bel po' di sfortuna, con tutti gli infortuni a cui è stata soggetta, che le ha impedito di pescare la matta dal mazzo come ad esempio è riuscito ad Ostapenko, un'altra scriteriata e molto limitata nel gioco.
Ostapenko non si ripeterà più. Giorgi ormai è in fase calante e quel che poteva fare l'ha fatto.
Da che la conosciamo (io proprio dal 2014 di queste immagini) era già troppo tardi per impostarla e farle colmare le tante lacune tecniche che la limitano. Il lavoro andava impostato nella prima adolescenza, mentre la si formava come tennista, e non fu fatto.

@andreasmissiroli - I certainly appreciate her love for her father and enjoying having her father be her coach, but when you get to a certain level in the professional rank like she is, she might want to find someone else to coach her to bring her game to the next level.

Peccato poteva essere brava. Gli anni sono passati e ha combinato troppo poco. In quelli anni la arroganza del suo coach deciva che sarebbe arriva a essere la 1 del mondo. Quanto danno il suo coach gli ha fatto. Il coach doveva fare 100 passi indietro Sono convinta che sarebbe stata qualcuna importante in Tennis. Forse nell'alta vita basta che no si lo trovi sulla stessa strada.
Non avere i capelli e un dramma ma averli e tenerli come il babbo della Giorgi è ancora peggio...

needs a specialty coach for her serve---weakest part of her game
EXDRA100 I like her balance during her trophy pose, but her 2nd serve looks needlessly complicated - too many variables that may go wrong. It NEEDS more arch. Personally I think she is not generating enough spin. Other players her height use 16x19 patterns, Camila uses 18x20. It's great for her flat strokes but it's not much of a help when she needs to generate more arc and spin on her serves.
