0.19 kA is an initial symmetrical RMS current and not a peak current. What you are showing in the plot is the peak current. The results do not align but that is expected because IEC 60909 method gives you conservative results. I am calculating 0.053 kA initial symmetrical current using the first curve you showed me. Also, you are calculating peak current at 45 ms whereas you are showing the peak current at the start. Your calculations are correct, but you are showing the wrong results from PSCAD plots.
