Out of all those "traits", I'll say that confidence, coupled with a little humor, goes a long way. Another key trait is pride and body language. Body language is the way you carry yourself when you're walking into a room or up to someone. Your posture when conversing with someone. That body language ties everything up together as people can detect your confidence and pride. I'm at the point in my life where I'm told that I'm overbearing and unapproachable because I intimidate people. The way I carry myself to the point where people just think I'm arrogant or come off as a douche.
None of that bother me none. I'll walk into a store with a pink/purple shirt on, jeans, sandals, and a beanie. I don't give a f*ck! It's all about attitude. Damn.. okay, maybe I'm adding more than just a couple of traits here lol. Females have their taste in partners too. For example, my gf, never been with someone "like me", but found something in me that attracted her to me. It's nothing special really. I just try to be me. No one else. Be yourself! Don't try to emulate someone else because it's out of character for you.
However... none of that works if you smell like ass! It's proven by science that people are attracted to smell. Their old factory picks up scents and it triggers memories and much, much more than I can elaborate within an already lengthy comment. ;)
