I am one of 10 but was raised by my paternal grandmother (momma) after my mother died when I was age 3. She raised 5 of us with very little help from my dad who also lived with us until he remarried when I was a pre-teen. My dad became more involved after he became saved and we had a very close relationship until he passed at age 89. My grandmother was amazing for what she sacrificed to raise us. I credit my momma with every good part of me. I can only imagine what would have happened to us if she hadn't taken us. She did all this and worked a full-time job. She passed away at age 87. She taught me to respect my elders, how to be a lady, modesty, the importance of a giving spirit, the value of a faith walk and relationship with God, the importance of honesty, and being careful of my words. I am thankful that God blessed me with my momma and that I was able to show and tell her my appreciation for all that she gave to me and my siblings before she transitioned. You guys are so blessed to have such an amazing matriarch who is still with you and making more memories. Thanks for sharing your motherhood memories and experiences, my heart was really touched. Your mother is beautiful inside and out and that pretty grey hair.

This made me appreciate the character I perceive CeCe to have and affirms my long standing admiration for her, her gifting in music and the anointing that flows over it. This has made me aspire for a godly family, generations on.
My mother passed away on 7/5/1993 I miss her so much. She would sit us girls on the bed and have church with us and then we would sing Precious Lord and I was 6years old and I still enjoy singing the praises unto my Father God and Lord savior Jesus Christ.
My granny raised me, and my mother was absent. Now, she has dementia and there is nothing in this world I would rather do other than escort her through these last days. The seed of God's love was planted by my granny, and regardless of whether my mother nurtured me or not, no matter how mean she becomes I am going to continue to pray over her and love her until God grab her by her hand. Thank you for this..💕🙏
So grateful for this! Although, I tried to have a relationship with my father, he never extended his hand. He was dying from cancer. But I was still upset with him. I took the advice of you ladies. I prayed and made the choice to honestly forgive him. I honored him by forgiving him and even prayed with him on the phone each time I called him on his dying bed. He later died. Of course, I mourned, BUT There was a peace that came over me that I can't explain. And I know it was the Lord!
I came from a family of 14 children same mom and same dad and we all grew up in church, so I can relate to mama Winans in raising her children and it all starts from discipline. My parents went home with the Lord but I thank God every day for me having them and the values they instilled in me

Really grateful to finally learn what it truly means to honour your mother and father as a single mom who still has them alive but has never experienced what it’s like to have them and is seeing them not even be grandparents either. My scars hurt daily but glad to know the little thing I still have strength to do like sending them pictures of my son is honouring them, I’m not depriving them of those moments even though they are not active in our lives. Lord help to continue to honour them daily though it hurts and I yearn for more for myself and my son.
My mom passed away 21 years ago. She gave birth and mothered 12 of us. After her passing we sat around and asked the question who did we think was her favorite, each one of us thought we were her favorite child. Mother Winan reminded me of this. May God continue to bless this beautiful family.

So many innocent lives are lost as a result of abortion. I am grateful that the tenth child was received and has blessed this world. I am a mother of six. Planned Parenthood tried to convince me to abort baby number six and she is my only girl. I had been hoping for a girl and had five boys. Thank God for discernment.
It came to my Spirit about a week ago that honoring ones parents is not simply an act of doing but also a way of living. Buying them things honors them, but me living a good life honors The Most High, myself, and Mom and Dad.
I love this conversation. My daughter is wear Ashley is. She had her 1st son my 1st grandson. I was there with her in the delivery room when he was born and there with her to help her in those 1st 6wks. Still there helping her through all of the 1st. I'm loving being a grandma.

We all make mistakes as parents but I knew the greatest gift I could give to my son was to introduce him to Jesus Christ. He may have gone somewhat astray but he has returned to the faith. THIS was awesome and i didn't grow up with my mom and when i got older, i tried but she didn't she cooperate nor participate in a relationship but i still homored her and loved her, mainly because God commanded me and i was seeking for her love and approval but never received it but i didn't stop honoring and loving her. God called her home last year 2020 a week before her 88th birthday. i am so grateful and thankful unto God that i have a relationship with Him and i know Him for myself. Like your mom said, it is beneficial to us to honor our parents and what people needs to know is honor is respecting them and loving them nevertheless. thanks for your generation celebration. Cece and her family are such a blessing to watch and listen to. My mom was 1 of 25 children that my grandmother had. She lived to be 98 years old and praised God every step of the way. Mom Winans is definitely an amazing woman of God!❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

My gramdmother passed in 1998 and my mother passed in 2019.My Grandmother raised my brother and I because my mother would be in,and out of our lived,But I am so thankful that I was able to get in touch with my mom so we could get in touch with her and have that time to just talk with her one more time and tell her we all love her,and just have that time with her before she passed.I am so sorry this is so long but I thank God for both of these beautiful ladies that God has put in my life!

This really spoke to my soul. I come from a big family of 11. I lost half of my siblings and both parents all in matter of 3 months before my 15th bday. Saying Life has been a struggle is an understatement! Fast forward 20 yrs, I had my first child and gave my child my mom’s name. That’s how I chose to honor my mom! Thank you for sharing! This is my second time watching this video and I really enjoyed the conversation. I too came from a very large family. My mom gave birth to 12 babies. Two were still born, but ten of us survived, which means our parents had the responsibility of raising and providing for 10 kids! And my mom had an unlimited supply of switches that she pulled from the two large willow trees on either side of the house, in the front yard, as the need arise. My childhood was the happiest days of my life and I thank God for the parents God assigned to us. Both my Mom and my Dad have been in heaven for quite some years now and four of my siblings are in heaven with them. I loved listening to this conversation. Thank you ladies for stirring up fond memories from my childhood as you reminisced about those days when you were all together as a family. Both my mom and dad were saved and they "trained us up" on godly principles as well....🙂

You guys this was beautiful. I had three older brothers and one younger. My younger brother and I were totally different from the older brothers. If I believe correctly, my older brothers got whippings every other day, if not every day in the summer. I used to look at them and say that doesn't make any sense, so whatever they are doing I will not be doing that. They said mom you did whip her as much as you did us. She said I did not have to. I think I got two whippings in my childhood. Yes, my mom was amazing. She passed but she was great.
This mother's day video was so anointing. I had a really bad relationship with me mother. I felt like the outside child all my life. I thank God he allowed our relationship to be restored before she went to heaven. I am diffinetly watching this in tears. Pastor CeCe I love you and really wish I could meet you one day.

So many innocent lives are lost as a result of abortion. I am grateful that the tenth child was received and has blessed this world. I am a mother of six. Planned Parenthood tried to convince me to abort baby number six and she is my only girl. I had been hoping for a girl and had five boys. Thank God for discernment.

I love this conversation. My daughter is wear Ashley is. She had her 1st son my 1st grandson. I was there with her in the delivery room when he was born and there with her to help her in those 1st 6wks. Still there helping her through all of the 1st. I'm loving being a grandma.

We all make mistakes as parents but I knew the greatest gift I could give to my son was to introduce him to Jesus Christ. He may have gone somewhat astray but he has returned to the faith. Praise the Lord!

THIS was awesome and i didn't grow up with my mom and when i got older, i tried but she didn't she cooperate nor participate in a relationship but i still homored her and loved her, mainly because God commanded me and i was seeking for her love and approval but never received it but i didn't stop honoring and loving her. God called her home last year 2020 a week before her 88th birthday. i am so grateful and thankful unto God that i have a relationship with Him and i know Him for myself. Like your mom said, it is beneficial to us to honor our parents and what people needs to know is honor is respecting them and loving them nevertheless. thanks for your generation celebration. God bless yall.
Cece and her family are such a blessing to watch and listen to. My mom was 1 of 25 children that my grandmother had. She lived to be 98 years old and praised God every step of the way. Mom Winans is definitely an amazing woman of God!❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

My gramdmother passed in 1998 and my mother passed in 2019.My Grandmother raised my brother and I because my mother would be in,and out of our lived,But I am so thankful that I was able to get in touch with my mom so we could get in touch with her and have that time to just talk with her one more time and tell her we all love her,and just have that time with her before she passed.I am so sorry this is so long but I thank God for both of these beautiful ladies that God has put in my life!

Fast forward 20 yrs, I had my first child and gave my child my mom’s name. That’s how I chose to honor my mom!

Watching the show about "A Celebration of Motherhood" with Mother Winans, CeCe Winans, Ashley Phillips was a blessing and I just love there spirits and how they never stop talking about the Lord and how people back when it was discipline, how people didn't mind helping with your children's and giving your parents a lending hand. But most importantly to honor your Mother and your Father that your days will be longer. CeCe and Ashley Wyatt is sooooo blessed and Anointed to be born into this dying world to have a praying Mother, Grandmother, and a Great Grandmother that will train him and equip him to fear God and to know who our savior JESUS is. This is BEAUTIFUL! I remember well being in this lovely space of three generations. My mother and grandmother raised me and they were PRECIOUS to me!!!! I miss them both very much. They have been gone to Heaven 13 and 18 years respectively. What a WONDERFUL thing they did raising me to know the LORD AND living it!! To GOD Be THE GLORY!! “Mom” Winans is STILL beautiful! This is my second time watching this video and I really enjoyed the conversation. I too came from a very large family. My mom gave birth to 12 babies. Two were still born, but ten of us survived, which means our parents had the responsibility of raising and providing for 10 kids! And my mom had an unlimited supply of switches that she pulled from the two large willow trees on either side of the house, in the front yard, as the need arise. My childhood was the happiest days of my life and I thank God for the parents God assigned to us. Both my Mom and my Dad have been in heaven for quite some years now and four of my siblings are in heaven with them. I loved listening to this conversation. Thank you ladies for stirring up fond memories from my childhood as you reminisced about those days when you were all together as a family. Both my mom and dad were saved and they "trained us up" on godly principles as well....🙂

You guys this was beautiful. I had three older brothers and one younger. My younger brother and I were totally different from the older brothers. If I believe correctly, my older brothers got whippings every other day, if not every day in the summer. I used to look at them and say that doesn't make any sense, so whatever they are doing I will not be doing that. They said mom you did whip her as much as you did us. She said I did not have to. I think I got two whippings in my childhood. Yes, my mom was amazing. She passed but she was great.
This mother's day video was so anointing. I had a really bad relationship with me mother. I felt like the outside child all my life. I thank God he allowed our relationship to be restored before she went to heaven. I am diffinetly watching this in tears. Pastor CeCe I love you and really wish I could meet you one day.
