My thoughts exactly! This language needs to change because people especially junior doctors will only look at skin colour and not mucous membranes because no one talks about that. I work with Aboriginal Australians and "nice and pink" means nothing

The problem here is the most urgent (emergent) problem (goal: prevent death).
Sick=unstable=sewaktu2 dlm wktu singkat bisa deteriorate to dead=have immedate life threats.
1:23 Our goal: identify & treat (meng-engineer) immediate life threats spy itu hilang.
2:30 Immediate life threats:
1. Impending airway obstruction, airway obstruction
2. Impending respiratory failure, respi failure (Breathing)
3. Inadequate perfusion (Circulation)
Signs & symptoms of immdiate life threats:
Airway-> Look: edema, blood, vomitus, foreign body. Listen: noisy?
Breathing-> Look: WoB, RR. Listen: breath sound. Check: SpO2
Circulation-> Look: mental status, color. Feel-> peripheral pulses. Check: BP, HR, cardiac rhythm.
4:49 Treatment & workup:
A/B
Begin high flow oxygen, prepare to manage airway, auscultate lungs, obtain chest Xray.

Establish 2 large bore IVs
Identify cardiac rhythm
Consider treating non ssinus rhythm
Consider iv fluid
