Acceptance is absolutely the first step, acknowledging the feelings, accepting that we can't change others but we CAN change how we respond to situations internally.
This resonate to me a lot, catching feelings for someone who doesn't love u back. Its drained you mentally and emotionally.Reserve your love and feelings for someone who feels the same way as you do.
This is why I don't build feelings for someone unless we have a reason to be in a relationship no matter how attractive or close to me they are, I just see them as a any other person, also I avoid too much contact and being too close to my female counterparts, being rare and mysterious is the best way to subconsciously make people attracted to you, engage when they least expect.
Thank you very much for this. This is so timely. I’m currently trying to move on from someone I can’t have after almost 4 years of loving him. This is a real booster. Very helpful 🙏🏽
Thank you very much for sharing this. This is very relatable and is exactly what I have been doing post divorce. 4 years later, I feeling amazing, stong and resilient and very confident in who I am and the decisions I have made. Healing is indeed a journey and not a destination. I remind myself everyday to trust the process.
Moving on ain't easy Jess but realizing that the other party made a conscious decision to leave is indeed helpful. Everyone always has a choice and they've made theirs, you've got to accept it and head on. Very practical and timely. Hard knot to chew but beneficial in the long run. Thank you Jessica, still my favorite TH-camr.
Hi Jess, thanks for always being there for us in your own unique way. I believe most of us have some of these information but the ability to put them in action is the problem. It's all love ❤
Thank you Jessy, I was strolling through my gallery's today and I saw photos I took with my ex, the whole memories returned back 😢 buh thank u for this vidéo, I'll work towards it
Can I love someone I don’t love. Like a wife you married for the wrong reasons with no love attached but want to develop this love so you can treat her better. Please make a video about this. Thank you for your videos.
When you accepted your feeling that is the beginning of healing yourself completely then distance yourself from that person and deleted his/her contacts delete his/her pictures if you have it in your phone and block numbers and social media accounts so that you won't see their posts. Do what you love and focus on healing yourself building yourself get in activities that will help you to healed fast ... focus on your personal goals focus on your own growth... working harder on yourself...
Un love someone who love u is a hard thing to do 🤰💤🖤🔥✌️💯👁️ imagine a girl like u of great status' loving me how could I leave u are want to see u cry over the matter
The best place to find whatever you need is in the 'market' for that item. Where, then, do you think is best for finding a suitable partner for wedlock? There's a useful link in the description section of my account here. Share the glad tiding with your circle. God loves you more.
Love is love and if its true love then why would one want to unlove someone? Having more people to love in one's life actually enriches one's life. Infatuation though is another thing as most people confuse infatuation as love. This has to be one of the false info being spread around the world now all in the name of content creation. Try to love as many people possible in your life cause the world needs more love and not less love. You are not a machine but rather a being of love. 🙏

Absolutely
You're so right! Acceptance is everything👌🏼💯
One of the hardest steps is to accept that it's over. It's so easy to hang on to that hope and deny reality.
This resonate to me a lot, catching feelings for someone who doesn't love u back. Its drained you mentally and emotionally.Reserve your love and feelings for someone who feels the same way as you do.
Needed this video on time. I still care about my ex lady and she fully moved on.
Physical and emotional Distance works well for me because eventually love fades
