It's aeroballistic, and there is a world of difference between something like "Zirkon" and "Kinzhal". "Avangard" is not a "hypersonic missile" either, - it's a highly maneuverable atmospheric re-entry vehicle (an MIRV upgrade basically). "Presentation is awful: it's as if the viewers are 8 years old and need to be talked down to. Poor job. really.
