Light bow with health on hit perk is really good in those god boss fights. The main weakness of light bows, burning through ammo fast is negated because there’s free ammo. It makes the boss right really easy too because you can recharge your health quickly
@Stefan Trailovic who needs them when you can simply melt the god with little effort, and with less time wasted on healing using a predator bow? Seriously the only people using a light bow in a god fight are scrubs that cant avoid getting hit in the first place, in my humble opinion of course.
@Stefan Trailovic tbh I am a nerd lmao, also as I said it's simply my opinion, also just because any vmbow can be used doesnt mean it's the most effective way to play.
For boss fights, I actually like using light bows with health on hit while I use a regular sword for the overpower attack, as I'd rather have the for sure hit than have to dance around, especially when dealing with the pharaohs like Tutankhamun. And any hits I use the bow to get my health back.
I'm just seeing this, but for any future players. The best Sickle Sword is "Ruler of the Storm" you can get it for 250 helix in the store. Health on hit, adrenaline on kill, and bleeding on hit. And it has 6 out of 8 perk points instead of the 3 of 8 on the Pearl of Dur- Jakin.

i agree with you thats what i switch to when not using the replica siwan khopesh with the curse perk. playing with the curse perk is a pre good challenge
There is an even better hunter bow that's called "Lightning Strike" which not only has range multiplier but also lv4 charge speed and lv2 combo multiplier. Also there's a bone mace that gives health on kill. Since you get 50% less damage taken, damage buff and shield penetration with the heavy blunt overpower attack, you become an absolute tank with that thing, being able to literally fight a whole group of enemies head on and decimate them even on nightmare difficulty.
Love your content, especially the unrivaled Odyssey builds! For sickle swords in Origins, Ruler of the Storm seems slightly better than Pearl of DJ. It also has health on hit with 3x bleeding perk (rather than 2x for Pearl) and 3x adrenaline on kill (rather than 1x crit damage). Splitting hairs, both are great.
Wow! My origin weapon knowledge was certainly limited. This was extremely helpful! I primarily use the sword with crit rate, crit damage, and instant charging. I thought to carry over the importance of crit rate from odyssey and used the instant charge against all the shield carriers.
I am so grateful for your wealth of knowledge in AC Odyssey and Origins builds. You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar and a Master Assassin Ezio Auditore Da Firenze.
Curious why you didn't mention the Ruler of the Storm Sickle sword, 3/4 bleeding on hit, 3/4 adrenaline on kill, and health on hit. Litterally the Pearl but on steroids. Same for the Lightning's strike hunter bow
I actually like using a sickle sword and spear combo. With numbers, I use the rage attack but if I have a lot of large shields, I'm gonna use that spear stab to get the hit without having to think about partying and dodging. And I actually prefer the warrior bow when in close combat, which I try not to do when I can use stealth. I'd rather use up the arrows to get the damage, as I usually use them only for openings to close with my sword. And nothing can beat that hunter bow.
1:46 Health for Critical is "when your health is below 20%, all your attacks are critical hit". It's not "gaining health on critical hit". 1:51 Yes, Ranged Hit Multiplier is fantastic. Predator Blow with Ranged Hit Multiplier is really powerful. 4:02 I've been wondering if Combo Multiplier is better than Critical Hit Damage. The quality only counts the number of perks and levels it has nothing to say about its real value, definitely use the tomb protector it has the better perks.
Hey T7! Glad you're covering some Origins content now. Curious though - I've always stayed away from Health FOR Critical. It seems pretty bad, considering you might never wanna get that low of health. Here's how it reads. This ability will turn all of your regular attacks into critical (100% crit chance) attacks if your HEALTH is BELOW 20%. Would you still say it's worth it?
You cant really control your amount of health to that degree and since all your attacks are critical anyway as long as you are stealth, its not really useful. For the arena, you probably want the health refill anyway. But if it works for you and you can avoid each and every attack, then go for it.
@@T7PDM Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. I'm not trying to be rude, I just love you content so I wanted to understand your choice for HEALTH FOR CRITICAL. Thank you for all you're posts. This Channel helped me so much in Odyssey in every way. I replayed Origins on New Game Plus and Put in over 40 ability points to increase Melee Damage in Mastery but it takes me the same amount of hits to drop an enemy. I mainly use the high anubis healing sword and the fire sword with 546 dmg but in 3:01 which sword u using how much dmg it gots and are u playing on nightmare diff?
Sword of the Duat is great, however its perk "health on hit" makes it worse than Conductor of souls for me. Conductor of souls has health on kill, which gives 15% of your health back after a kill, whilst health on hit only gives you 1% health back and the combo multiplier makes it so that there aren't as much hits before a kill, so unless you're fighting a boss, you'll get no more than 5% of your health back from each enemy.

I got a sword from "The Curse of the Pharoahs" that I thought said it's name was 'Herpe' and I replied, "Dude, I ain't touching that sword." but it was actually called 'Harpe'. There's a sword in "Odyssey" called "Heitor's Harpe Sword", wonder if it's the same sword or same kind of sword?
Tbh Dur Jakin is abit weaker version of Ruler Of The Storm which imo is better option ( when you get it ofc ) For the dual swords imo either Eyes of Horus or Storm Blades, the rest are good, but Eyes of Horus with crit rates and health on kill is better overall But all of these choices depend on your situation
For bosses it depends if he summons additional enemies. Health on kill is usually better than health on hit because it gives you more health. But if there are no other enemies to kill you have to settle with a health on hit weapon.
Nice guide man! Very insightful, I always thought that the sword of the duat was the meta but I will give the Kopesh a try. What is your opinion on shields? Is this list also valid for the boss encounters? Especially Pharaohs from the DLC. :)
For bosses it depends if he summons additional enemies. Health on kill is usually better than health on hit because it gives you more health. But if there are no other enemies to kill you have to settle with a health on hit weapon.
The jackal scepter is better healt on hit max combo multiplier and lvl3 critical hit damage
Nice guide man! Very insightful, I always thought that the sword of the duat was the meta but I will give the Kopesh a try.
What is your opinion on shields? I found to get the most use out of the reinforced shield, since I get hit by melee attacks more then ranged and the max melee resistance helps against that.
3:59 funnily enough I got it after my first fight with sobek
hello there, nice video as always,i recently started assasins creed origins and i have reached 30 lvl.today i got the season pass and i was wondering will it affect me if i use the boost to get lvl 45?ill continue the main story and then the hidden ones dlc first.thank you in advance
It has no consequences, you just skip a few level.
I got the sword, " The gift from Gods " sword. I upgraded it 2 times and i can beat enemies who are on 4 times higher level than me.
4 times would mean you are level 10 and you beat a level 40 enemy.
@@T7PDM Sorry for unclear explanation. I did that mission when i was at level 27-28 and killed enemy with level 31. Well, 3 times higher level than me at least :)
so after watchin a many of your vids, what's your favorite assassins creed, and why?
Odyssey has the most advanced game mechanics and endless replay value due to its uniquely rewarding build system.
4:01 i got that one ac orginis the best in my opinion its not like ac odessy where u gotta spend months years on chracter build armor build clothes weapon build that takes years origins is better and different
I use the Sickle sword 200% dmg with 33% locked health. haha :D FUN
If you wanna spend 5 bucks you can buy a better hunter bow with ranged hit multiplyer and a better sword in the shop there call the lighting strike bow and the Hercules gladiator sword there the best weapons in the game
Check them out👍🏻
I will say you have more knowledge im only level 32 base game no dlc on my first playthrough and since level 20 I've been dominating with the cursed Siwan sickle sword and cursed legendary spear and when I die I learn how to deal with a higher level enemy more effectively I learn how to use the shield effectively cause before I realized how to use it I thought it was useless because when I did use it I was immediately hit by a heavy attack and thought because I used so little and it happened every time that it was a normal attack
I think any weapon with health on hit is a good weapons because for me I take a lot of damage so I really think sword of dualt works
where can I find the sickle sword, couldn’t hear that part
Is the Lightning Strike Hunter Bow any good?
It's probably the best
Will you only get these weapons from the heka chest if you have the dlc?
You can get all weapons from Heka chests, except the ones from the Story missions of the addons.
What about the digital deluxe The fang? Is it good it so so. How is the shield as well
Just a waste of money. Use the weapons in the video, or weapons that have similar perks.
11:00 im new to the game and I can get thr "lightning strike" hunter bow as a paid weapon for free with the 50% discount that's currently in game, it got 4 charging speed and a combo multiplier with the ranged hit multiplier, should i get it or look for something better? It seems really powerful but idk about the base damage of it 😁
Sure thing, get it.
@@T7PDM already did, that thing hits hard
Odyssey or Origin. Which one is more gameplay fun?
Both are great, but Odyssey has more build options.
@@T7PDM if pick one. Which one will you pick?
Odyssey
@@T7PDM thank you.
After Odyssey if i want to play the game that have great gameplay. Are there any other games that you recommend?
@@T7PDM Thank you. I follow your channel cause you make many great build for Odyssey.
05:15 can't break any shieldguard with this sword, Pearl of Dur-Jakin, or any khopesh swords.... so disappointed... has it been nerfed?
You have to use heavy attacks.
@@T7PDM ohh, I'll try thanks
I’ve beat this game map and all twice starting my third lol
It’s an addiction y’all my old lady found my Xbox card collection yesterday and now I have to get counseling
You know some much about this game and I love it mate !🎮👌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I think the Heracles sword is the best sword in the game, it has all its perk points filled, they’re the same ones as the Duat. Plus the damage is a lot higher than the Duat.
My favourite weapon is the isu dagger
Is the Pearl of Dur-jakin still in game? I bought over 100 heka chests and no luck with it, isn't avaliable in helix store too... I'm missing something?
Yes, its very random though. You will definitely get it from Heka chests.
@@T7PDM funny thing i got it a couple of hour after i asked, Just after i ended the game... 🤦
Just wondering how you get the Ash bow and apedemak
You can get them all from Heka chests, use the money farm for it: th-cam.com/video/E3vAGepJ2MU/w-d-xo.html
Ruler of the storm is a better sickle sword than pearl of dur-jakin.
What are your top 5 shields?
Makes no difference what weapon you use if you are decent enough!
I just stick with one's I like the look of, It's all about the timing not just the stats.
Sure, healing from a weapon or getting adrenalin is completely irrelevant. Why making the game easy if you can play it with bad weapons.
What shield would be good to use?
Compendium
I am exactly opposite from you. I use spears and light bows exclusively now.
Your basically saying all the best weapons have health on hit perk. That seems mainly only good for the harder difficulties
Using other bad weapons on easy mode does not make them good, dude.
Thanks for showing another sickle sword that’s not a curse weapon lol my combat Style is to get close to eneimes to kill them
It seems they have patched Pearl of Dur-Jakin or sickle swords. They no longer appear to defeat / take down shields. 😢
You have to use a heavy attack, dude. Please stop thinking anything is patched just because you couldnt do it.
I’m surprised they never updated the max lvl you can only get to 55 while on oddesy it’s 99
It got updated from level 40 base game to 45 in the first DLC and 55 in the second DLC.
