I love the fact the director left those scences to the epilogue. She could've incorporated them within the episode but leaving them to the epilogue has a different impact.

I knew that Kim Soo-hyun is a great actor but man, his versatility is really well highlighted in this drama. Him and Kim Ji-won's portrayal of their characters has really been amazing and very satisfying to watch. The number of times I watched this is very unhealthy 😭Really the best epilogue so far, can't wait for the next episode!

Drunk Baek Hyun Woo always been more truthful about his feelings then any other time. It’s when he gets drunk is when he usually gets to express what he truly is feeling inside, so this was another really nice nuance added by the writer-nim to do this scene like this
And that’s why Hae In gets his cuteness.

This epilogue is epic, no wonder his wife’s totally smitten with him when he is drunk; he’s so cute and adorable, lolz. Hearing his confession that he loves her will strengthen her resolve and give her the sole purpose and determination to live coz he’s her only love, hope and the only reason for her to live. I hope she’ll get a miracle that she’s asking for so that they can give their love and marriage a second chance.

And imagine the “ left leaves ”+“ Hae-In. I love you. “ + the confession makes Hae-In wants to live and called the doctor + mother-in-law found out her illness by the left leaves.

The emotion of this drama is just brilliantly displayed. You really get immersed in the storylines of these characters!!! Just wonderful acting from Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won!!!

I was scared for a moment, but I felt a liiittttle safe because it was the epilogue and in this drama the cliché dumb shits are really few, and if they happen, it makes sense (example: amnesia trope, no more details needed I guess; also the truck scene in Germany: it wasn't a "omg I can't move, male lead help me"-moment, but an "I wanna die for real but the male lead didn't allow it"-moment
EVERY TIME I hear that "I love you, Haein-ah", I cry. His trembling voice. I absolutely do not know how Hyunwoo would be able to go through the hardships if he loses Haein.
I beg the writers, please let her live.

I love the part that in the first episode he said that he used leaves to decide if he should get a divorce and the leaf said no every single damn time. NOW the leaves are telling him that she likes him and that he should trust that fate. It’s just too cute.
It's not fate though, he collected more branches of leaves just in case he got bad results like 1:07 😂 he made sure he got what he wanted in his heart❤

Such a beautiful scene, can’t get enough of them! love his redemption and realising that she has loved him all along and that he was to blame for a lot too. Hoping Netflix releases a lot of the interviews/games of the two as we’ve not seen many! The aego scene also shows a lot about how they used to communicate before - he thought she was mad but then he asked and she explained her reason which is what they had stopped doing along the way and where the relationship fell apart. HOPING FOR A HAPPY ENDING
The most sincere confession scene in kdrama which can make us cry easily. the moment he said I love you, Haein. We can feel their longing and Hyunwoo’s sincerity in his words Kim Soohyun, the actor you are.

TY to the director for this epilogue. It helped explain Hae-in 's fierce determination to save her husband from anyone harming him. Hae-in learned how deeply Hyung-woo loved her from this secret confession and gave the impression she knew nothing. But it was this confession that gave her the clear view of what actions she needed to take to protect him because...she deeply loves him too. Excellent script! Excellent acting! Excellent directing! Excellent, excellent, excellent! ❤❤
Kim Soo Hyun is one of the few actors whose emotions I can still clearly read with bangs. I'll never understand why so many Korean actors cover the part that pays them, but KSH has all his emotions in his eyes. He's an amazing actor. 😍
That I love you at the end completely broke me. I thought Haein’s twist at the end of the episode 10 was intense but then this came and omg I cried even more 😭😭 I have nothing more to say with regard to their acting. Both are nailing it!!

Yes, QOT is an ongoing K-drama and I don't see it as a valid reason to not see him in the list. I see TikTok videos about this drama and his acting here is not worthy of being nominated. What frustrates me more is that they claim that they are "avid fans" of the drama. Are we watching the same video? How can you not see that he's worthy? I mean KJW should also be in the list tbh.

02:33 I LOVE LOVE LOVE HIS VOICE IN THIS MOMENT SOOOOOO MUCH!!! Normally he also sounds fine as hell. But in these seconds,,, idk,, I never was captured at a voice this much in my entire Kdrama history. Also the first kdrama I watched was "the moon that embraces the sun" 11 years ago, so Kim Soo Hyun's voice is not new to me.
Love Kim soon Hyun in anything he stars in. But these two are fabulous in this great job. Loving this series😊

i absolutely love this scene. so raw and honest and almost childlike honesty he is such a good actor ❤
both of them were held back by their egos and the misunderstandings. It was when their subconscious had taken over and not their egos, they truly confessed how they actually felt! Haein was the first one to confess, her emotions and adoration for him was so clear in that scene and she finally said, "I love you Bakehyunwoo" in ep 7 and that was because she didn't remember their fights, it was a pure confession, how she honestly felt about him without any prejudices and ego getting in the wag.
And now when Hyunwoo made his confession for the first time, he was drunk and hence no ego or anything just his feelings laid bare.
Both Jiwon and Soohyun did such a great job in portraying the characters, that they made us feels so many emotions without any kissing scenes or skinship at all. The love was so evident all the time, it had been just buried deep due to misunderstandings and the walls each of them had built up in the fear of getting hurt.
The next day scene hits different - before watching the epilogue it was just mother-in-law overhearing Hae in talking to the doctor… but after the epilogue, you know Hae in had found a newfound will to live and called the doctor after hearing his confession… brilliant

The heavy emotions underneath Hyunwoo's guilt and regrets, he is afraid to confess but still he couldn't help but blurt out. And Soo Hyun exactly invokes all those emotions. Man, brings so much layers to Hyunwoo's antics and emotions. An actor who is worth all the recognition and hypes ❤
In the episode, when the mother finds the leaves and smiles, not sure what happened. I think by having this in the epilogue, it brought closure to what Hae In, said on the podium, directed towards Hyan Woo. Allows her to hear his feelings once more, without him knowing, like at the restaurant, where he said I want to be close to her.
