Great video. Truckers using the CB for actual work. Unlike OTR drivers telling others that they are wearing no panties or other BS. Keep the videos coming.
I got frozen out of my truck many yrs ago in Casper Wyoming and after that I kept a can of silicone spray in the truck and used it on the weather stripping and the window guides.
yes it is. but you'll see in any copyright music gets plastered with ads and i have no control over that almost makes watch unbearable. i have a video coming out with some copyright music and you'll see, i wish i could use any song
Yeah you can get away with most, depending on length which I haven’t tested yet. The owner will collect the revenue and that’s why there will be tons of ads. But to many ads are annoying to try to watch. I had to get a license to a place I get songs. Ones 200$ a year and another is 10$ a month, I run ads while using this music and it pays for itself plus other things I buy like plugins for editing
@@TimelapseTruckerRTOT Right on, I'm hoping to make my way west one day before I'm to old. I know your industry has been in the shitter for awhile. Hopefully oil and gas turn around for you. Take care bud.
Great stuff again. Sorry if I ask too many questions every time. LOL. Cypris seems to be a large enough outfit. How many trucks do you guys have? What determines who has the right of way? Loaded vs. Empty? Last question lol. Why so many trailer brake handles on the colum? What do they do? Keep up the great work.
ask as many questions as you like. 12 tractors , 3 beds 2 texas beds ,floater loader, 2 45 ton pickers and trailers to go with them all, plus 24 mid , 24 lo, 24 double drop, tri double drop, jeeps and boosters for all that jazz up to 48 wheels. the width determines the right away, and a lot of guys if empty test the ditch and make it by each other where normally you would call it single lane. some roads are give way to loaded and don't call empty just get out of the way. spikes we call em on the colum, one for trailer one for truck. instead of going for the dinomite button on truck everytime you stop say doing bed work i ensure netral and pull spike while swamper hooks up sling, save on repetitiveness and reaching and saves a few seconds, tractor brakes on these tri drives takes almost 3 seconds to come off..... spike instant. last but not least thanks for watching and asking
air rollers on the trailer, mine has two so coming off is pretty easy. air up the air bags under the rollers, winch down , sometimes backing up and applying brakes, dump air bags for the air ride its pretty much down hill off the trailer
so far i think ours has been alright, its not a bush truck for sure, its had a few issues, its been reprogrammed since it only has a power divider it kicks out over 60 kph i guess. lots of hd spec ones running around in the bush
yes, for heavy stuff in soft ground, or driving slow in tight spots. much less stress on drivetrain. if your in 3 feet of mud you definitely want to use the planetary hub to take the stress off the axles or you'll blow something up. put 100,000 lbs on the roll in even soft ground if you had regular drive axle and hubs and went to walk ahead you spit a axle out or twist off a drive shaft
new here but you do great videos but have a ? for you I am a new be but in a couple years starting my own you tube what soft where do you use to edit videos not going to do trucking videos but a long cross Canada drive any help is better then no help Cam From Bashaw Ab.Canada
I use Final Cut Pro. I started with iMovie free to Apple users till I out grew it and wanted more, I hear divinci is good as well. These are the affordable and easier to use programs with a one time payment. Adobe premier is month to month subscription and was hard for me to pick up. Maybe easier now that I know a bit more, Really didn’t know how to edit or use anything, could even use a DSLR 3 years ago. Pick what fits the budget and learn it, lots of tutorials to hide you through step by step even for complete newbie’s. I self taught after effects, photo shop, Final Cut Pro. When I first started it was very confusing for sure. But not I produce these videos with ease and always pushing to learn a new trick in editing or a camera shot. It’s a hobby for me now, and I couldn’t resist after thinking what’s left once I’m gone? Enjoy creativity and capture the adventures 👍
used to be both, this summer fell short on rail stuff, typical oilfield is more busy in the winter since they access more hard to reach areas with ice roads on muskeg
i try to squeeze it into the videos as i go if i have time to, i sometimes already have 3 cameras to tend with and having a fourth was getting to be too much plus setting up the green screen and using my phone at home to do this has been a big pain getting it from the phone to the computer, it just gets to time consuming for what's going on right now with this older computer 2009 imac works great at most things. i am getting a new computer that will have a 1080p hd camera and i can start doing it more then just waiting for the news on the new imac that's supposed to be coming this spring but if price jump is too much i'm going to get one asap, i do miss doing it
@@TimelapseTruckerRTOT cool, only ever seen those in shows like IRT, don’t have them where I live, no oil fields, never seen a drop deck that can fold flat but is tilted when it does. Nice rig to.
Thanks, it’s handy for the do it all but if you don’t have a winch then no need. But do come in a hydraulic set up for wet kits too. But if all you need is a beaver tail then that quicker for equipment but you can’t put a car or pickup over the beaver tail

How do you get the skid off?
Just back up and hit the brakes? Or is there always a bed truck there pulling it off?
air rollers on the trailer, mine has two so coming off is pretty easy. air up the air bags under the rollers, winch down , sometimes backing up and applying brakes, dump air bags for the air ride its pretty much down hill off the trailer
