I just love Kokomi users in coop. They always save the whole team with their cute jellyfish. Also, they make me a base for reactions (I'm Yoimiya mainer) so I can hit harder than usual. THANK U
Looking back at Kokomi, she's feels more good than most people give her credit for, of course her damage is sub-par but not being able to die is a very nice perk for day to day playing
The problem is that she's in a game with a "kill the enemy before they kill you" meta... and her damage output is pathetic. All the best healers in the game provide DPS to the team (bennett heals, Diona gives EM, Jean allegedly hits hard) Kokomi's burst needs to provide a higher buff. She needs to contribute dps to the team and she was built to contribute it herself, rather than buffs. Mihoyo really did her dirty.

My Bennett heals 8k per tick but honestly I really love Kokomi mains in co op. They are always so nice and helpful and having another healer is always better than solo healing imo.
Kokomi was my first 5 star character since i started the game in september, after seeing this video i want to work on building her since i love being the healer of the team in coop. Usually i just use Bennett because he's the best healer i have, Noelle after him, and it's so satisfying to see my teammates run over the big thumbs up to heal lol, I'm always just happy to help around, i never understood why she got so much hate, people need healers in their team and she's also really cute :D
Ah yes, the Kokomi experience is amazing indeed. Ever since I pulled for Kokomi, I have been playing in co-op nonstop. It is a very fun experience especially when there’s a great battery on the team.
I avoid playing on co-op tbh not because I hate it. It's the opposite, it's just as you said, it's fun playing with Kokomi in co-op but it takes too much of my time lol.

Due to being right after Raiden’s banner, many players used up their on Raiden or simply didn’t bother to weigh the pros and cons seriously. The result is her banner sales being absolutely atrocious; and unfortunately for Kokomo wanters; MHY is a corporation. They’re first motive will always be profit. I started playing roughly mid way through Raiden’s banner, and didn’t understand a thing about the game at the time, and therefore had no idea about they pity system or how it worked. Needless to say, when I realized that it was a 50/50 for obtaining the promo character, I felt like I was the luckiest person alive. Kokomi is and always will be my first ever Five Star, and thus, I am a proud Kokomi main. When she finally does become available again, I wish you all of the luck my friend!

last week I played with a hutao main, she was so nice. We went to a domain to get artifacts, her health was like 100 and we both panicked since my kokomi ult neded just a bit to get recharged, at least I was able to keep her alive D:

It's pretty cool since other than having an Immortal Team. You have: Benneth's Damage and Quick Reaction Buffer. Noelle and Diona's Shield Kokomi's Off-Field Damage Jean's Swirl Reaction plus Launch. Barbara can be Either a Single Target DPS as well. And if you got the right Artifacts... well then.

Last week I've got a random match for Azhdaha's domain, and there was this Raiden (Azhdaha had electro and cryo res increased, so they already failed there), that didn't even bother to get away from his stomping TWICE, I was the healer with Kokomi and this person was the only one whining in the chat, they died 4 times, and then blamed me, I wasn't in the best mood so I just didn't say anything, and the Diluc just wrote "maybe if you stood with the jellyfish..." and the team got dissolved. Thx to that Diluc ofc but some players really need to learn to just...not die
Man this makes me regret skipping Kokomi, I've always picked healer characters in rpg games, and Kokomi looks like an OP healer, but people were saying she wasn't good so I didn't try for her
Just remember to wish for charather you really want/love to have because afther that you have to wait a whole year for Them. Best advice i van give people is choise the charather: wait for the 1 charather you really really want although you need wait a whole year for Them (look at Xiao and Ayaka fans in the begin) be patient, you love/like there fighting style, design wise, wife or Husband ect, wat best for you at moment and your account : like do you need more of 1 other element (like you need more Pyro/ Geo charather because you mabey only have 2 and wish to have more)/ DPS/Healer/Support, choise if you like there alt ect. There many reason but this is 1 of the advies i give people to think about for Them self, though they dont have to listen to me or other this Just a tip...
Always do research first (in any game really). Theorycrafters are there after all. And don't go to communities that are just generalizing characters (like the official genshin reddit). Go to the community dedicated to the character you're going for (r/Kokomi_Mains) so you won't see posts regarding biases, but actual constructive criticism instead.
one time while i was doin azdaha, i met a kokomi that did 10-20k per charged and healed so much during burst. she solo'd azdaha with everyone dead and a 3rd of its hp left
Welp, I mean if it is not time based, Kokomi is a great option. The reason ppl hate bc of abyss or any time based battle so they don't like the - crit. But still, I dedicated a whole another account for her bc was saving for another character in my main and also want Kokomi.
What i love is Azhdaha animations when i got this as Kokomi. Azhdaha changes phases, i got animation-locked and all my teammates dies coz they tought i would heal them. So i had to finish him by my own, glad that i have dps build on Kokomi.
Just wanted to say that I LOVE coop healers sm especially ppl who use diona, barbara and kokomi. Not only do they keep me alive but also make my main dps amber hit harder with melt & vaporize
*Kokomi should have had an alternative sprint like Mona* instead of her unnecessary water-walking ability that can only be accessed for a few seconds during Burst. But i swear, she is still a great character.
I love playing Kokomi in co-op however, whenever I do, it's usually the time the Hu Taos and the Xiaos come out and I don't really want to babysit lmaoooo
Hutaos are a problem, cos idk what the heck their build and preference is. The others will need max heals but maybe that one hutao main wants to be on life support. But for xiao? I'm so excited whenever I get to protecc a xiao! Never let a xiao go low on my watch
you know, i always hoping there is a character which is their elemental skill doing heal on-field thus heals yourself and your co-op without waiting for burst and doesnt lose you dps moment then Mihoyo drop her. My pray have been heard.
@@fadlun6848 the thing about noelle is you have to be full dps on field in order to heal yourself and teammates. Not to mention you have to be full charged attack so your elemental skill casted faster but its a problem if your stamina run out between the crucial time. What i need is heal on- field while its unit off-field.
@@fadlun6848 Noelle ele skill cast a long time i dont remember exactly the number while Kokomi just need 20 seconds to cast her elemental skill up. If the team have a good battery, her burst casted quickly then heals a ton entire team again and again (without charged attack ofc) while being dps for a moment. Heal, heal, and heal. That's why i like it. Now she is my sub-dps of my Xiao.
@@xjaidenn Hu Tao's passive gives her a Pyro dmg bonus when her HP is below 50% and her whole kit is based around having low HP to get higher DMG, so thats basically why Hu Tao wouldnt want heals
Even though I can do this domain fine on my own, I always bring kokomi for co-op here. All I have to do is pay attention to when they need me and watch them do their thing (it's actually entertaining).
I love using kokomi in co op. There is nothing better than being the healer/support of the team. Especially if the whole team is low, they just run towards the jellyfish lol
I hope she gets rerun, I underestimated her and I have her signature weapon, I definitely need her as a healer, you know, good and convenient healers are not many in this game, I just hate seeing incomplete health scales like Bennett or being constantly under the shield of Zhongli and losing little by little hp
Yes, her base healing is 7493 something then whenever the receiver gets below 50% hp, C2 passive kicks in to heal more thus healing up to 10k in this video
I almost skipped her but decided to pull near the end of the banner, she's been pretty fun in co op, keeps everyone else alive and keeps hydro applied which is nice for when others bring pyro dps chars
i love Kokomi so much, but i’m saving my guaranteed for Albedo, because i love him very much. I’m really bad at controlling myself when it comes to gacha. I honestly shouldn’t be playing this game in the first place, but it’s so coooool :’) I almost spent all my primogems on Hu Tao btw, but then i got Thoma and calmed down a bit. Update: I got. Albedo, and i’m really happy now!!
I think my best moment meeting a Kokomi main during a Signora fight coop where we both forgot to leave when everyone died and started fighting her between the two of us, it was so hilarious because it was just Kokomi and Childe, no elemental reactions, just comradery and sheer will power helping us survive, Childe literally just kept on critting and Kokomi healing was op, we both lived and beat Signora between the two of us
The best part of using kokomi is when your entire team dies and they cheer for you in chat while you slap the boss with water for the next 20 minutes XD
Kokomi was definitely made for co-op. I love playing healers in games like Overwatch, but I could never find a Genshin healer I enjoyed playing until I got Kokomi. Well worth the guarantee after a C4 Keqing
One of the most hated characters in Genshin during her first banner, I'm so glad I'm a waifu first guy and still got her, seeing as she's now so desired in coop and overall a great support for so many comps.
I’ve always loved Kokomi mains because of 3 main reasons: (and many more) 1. Reactions- since I’m a Yanfei main we can do vaporize all the time 2. Heals- they are amazing healers and they will always save the team 3. just personality- every time I get out of a domain or fight and I have half hp, they get out their jellyfish and heal me 😭🤩

Sadly. I've been unable to really do this often, Majority of Co-op players have others who just one shot everything. However when the magic of a equal party is there. It feels good man
kokomi mains are the best. They pull out their jellyfish when you just enter co-op, in between the domains, while youre claiming your rewards and even right before you leave co-op 😌
I never use Xiao in coop because I'm afraid I would burden everyone with my low health, especially the healer. My phone lags a lot during coop, so dodging is quite hard for me. It would be nice if I could play with Kokomi main in coop. ^^
I got kokomi on her rerun and played her in co-op yesterday for the first time. We were fighting Azhdaha and there was a Raiden who was almost dead. It was so satisfying when I put a jellyfish next to her and it fully healed her in a second.
Most of the time I use her in co-op, when I see someone with low hp I heal them even when we are doing nothing and it's funny when they are like "thank you :)" Makes me feel like I'm doing a good job (? BAHSJHHS I like it

It's a good thing that a lot of us are enjoying being the support/healer. I usually play random coop in domains (specifically lower level domains so I can help lower AR), but I usually pick healer so they can still enjoy the fight. I also think that being a healer specially when fighting chonky is a big responsibility, it also give you the pride of protecting your team. And since I don't have Kokomi, I mostly use Diona and I feel sht when one of my team is down. Sorry dude I couldn't protect you.
Funny story because I get those kinds vibes from this video- Im playing with my friends. One of them is Hu Tao. Another is Xiao. The third is Venti, who didn’t realized how low their hp was. Note: Their all lvl 90, im a lvl 80 Noelle. Hu Tao is down. Venti is down. Its Xiao, in the red, and me. So Xiao is running to get tf outta there and avoid damage while im waiting for my shield cool down to use my burst. I swear to god I could hear the player screaming “NOELLE. NOELLE. *NOELLE* HELP!!”
I main Kazuha and Yoimiya, and I have to say that it is pleasure to see a Kokomi user. She's so pretty, kind of reminds me of waterfall, and I love it. Plus, she might be the best healer in game. I'm really looking into building and using her in my main team, but I don't really want to leave my Diona. Might use them both for freeze, plus for reactions. I think this video is actually amazing, showing how much potential Kokomi has, and only what you need to do is: farming her materials, fighting Hydro Hypostatis(He), and feeding her artifacts with HP, since her healing scales from her health. Thank Celestia, I actually got her. Even if I wanted to finally get a Keqing, I'm still happy to have such beatiful character. Keqing can wait, I will get her once, its just 50/50 keeps me away from getting her. Amazing video, my good sir :) I am enjoying and having fun playing Kokomi. Of course, I dislike farming for her. This shit sucks. But hey, she already has 39k hp(on 69lvl) still leveling up her talents. As soon i will be done with talents, I will go for farming, and then getting her up to 80. Not quite sure about 90, but we will see. I don't really like wasting that much of resources and money. My plans for now, is 80 lvl Kokomi with 8/8/8 talents. Let's see how it will turn out :)
Thank you. I main Kokomi in taser teams and oh boy, that team slays. I used to play meta before Koko came out mostly, Hu Tao vape and many variants of morgana. I guess running meta teams isn't so bad but abyss gets so bland after a while. Having the taser team beat perpetual mechanical array of 2.1 abyss and the ruin sentinels of 2.2 abyss is so satisfying to the point I share my videos to friends who dissed Koko lol I'm also on the fence of putting my Koko on freeze comps 'cause that would mean she would have less screen time compared to taser which is a team she is a star of.
I was using kokomi when fighting azhdaha and someone tried to run away everytime im trying to heal them. They ended up dying and blaming my kokomi for bad artifacts. I did keep him alive for a while with her ult though
kokomis the first healer whose e skill alone can heal the whole party in range. thats so important when you're done with a domain/boss but you don't wanna use your burst (it also doesnt have to hit an enemy!) noelle and jeans healing attacks need to hit an enemy, and barbara and qiqis e skills only heal the one using them. benny, barbara, diona, and jeans healing are on their burst, and it kinda sucks wasting that when theres no enemies around xD

It's pretty cool since other than having an Immortal Team. You have:
Benneth's Damage and Quick Reaction Buffer.
Noelle and Diona's Shield
Kokomi's Off-Field Damage
Jean's Swirl Reaction plus Launch.
Barbara can be Either a Single Target DPS as well.
And if you got the right Artifacts... well then.
People need to bring healers more into coop ngl

Last week I've got a random match for Azhdaha's domain, and there was this Raiden (Azhdaha had electro and cryo res increased, so they already failed there), that didn't even bother to get away from his stomping TWICE, I was the healer with Kokomi and this person was the only one whining in the chat, they died 4 times, and then blamed me, I wasn't in the best mood so I just didn't say anything, and the Diluc just wrote "maybe if you stood with the jellyfish..." and the team got dissolved. Thx to that Diluc ofc but some players really need to learn to just...not die

Man this makes me regret skipping Kokomi, I've always picked healer characters in rpg games, and Kokomi looks like an OP healer, but people were saying she wasn't good so I didn't try for her
Honestly me too, she just seems like an easy to use dedicated healer
Babara heals pretty well as well, i have one that heals 6k per charged
Just remember to wish for charather you really want/love to have because afther that you have to wait a whole year for Them.
Best advice i van give people is choise the charather: wait for the 1 charather you really really want although you need wait a whole year for Them (look at Xiao and Ayaka fans in the begin) be patient, you love/like there fighting style, design wise, wife or Husband ect, wat best for you at moment and your account : like do you need more of 1 other element (like you need more Pyro/ Geo charather because you mabey only have 2 and wish to have more)/ DPS/Healer/Support, choise if you like there alt ect.
There many reason but this is 1 of the advies i give people to think about for Them self, though they dont have to listen to me or other this Just a tip...
Always do research first (in any game really). Theorycrafters are there after all. And don't go to communities that are just generalizing characters (like the official genshin reddit). Go to the community dedicated to the character you're going for (r/Kokomi_Mains) so you won't see posts regarding biases, but actual constructive criticism instead.
I really liked her attacks they all look so pretty but then Hu Tao was rumored to be coming in the next patch so 😭
Istg Kokomi is co-op queen, now i feel like she was designed for co-op...
one time while i was doin azdaha, i met a kokomi that did 10-20k per charged and healed so much during burst. she solo'd azdaha with everyone dead and a 3rd of its hp left

Welp, I mean if it is not time based, Kokomi is a great option. The reason ppl hate bc of abyss or any time based battle so they don't like the - crit. But still, I dedicated a whole another account for her bc was saving for another character in my main and also want Kokomi.
What i love is Azhdaha animations when i got this as Kokomi.
Azhdaha changes phases, i got animation-locked and all my teammates dies coz they tought i would heal them.
So i had to finish him by my own, glad that i have dps build on Kokomi.

*Kokomi should have had an alternative sprint like Mona* instead of her unnecessary water-walking ability that can only be accessed for a few seconds during Burst. But i swear, she is still a great character.

Hutaos are a problem, cos idk what the heck their build and preference is. The others will need max heals but maybe that one hutao main wants to be on life support. But for xiao? I'm so excited whenever I get to protecc a xiao! Never let a xiao go low on my watch

@@fadlun6848 the thing about noelle is you have to be full dps on field in order to heal yourself and teammates. Not to mention you have to be full charged attack so your elemental skill casted faster but its a problem if your stamina run out between the crucial time. What i need is heal on- field while its unit off-field.
@@fadlun6848 Noelle ele skill cast a long time i dont remember exactly the number while Kokomi just need 20 seconds to cast her elemental skill up. If the team have a good battery, her burst casted quickly then heals a ton entire team again and again (without charged attack ofc) while being dps for a moment. Heal, heal, and heal. That's why i like it. Now she is my sub-dps of my Xiao.

@@xjaidenn Hu Tao's passive gives her a Pyro dmg bonus when her HP is below 50% and her whole kit is based around having low HP to get higher DMG, so thats basically why Hu Tao wouldnt want heals

Yes, her base healing is 7493 something then whenever the receiver gets below 50% hp, C2 passive kicks in to heal more thus healing up to 10k in this video

I almost skipped her but decided to pull near the end of the banner, she's been pretty fun in co op, keeps everyone else alive and keeps hydro applied which is nice for when others bring pyro dps chars
i love Kokomi so much, but i’m saving my guaranteed for Albedo, because i love him very much. I’m really bad at controlling myself when it comes to gacha. I honestly shouldn’t be playing this game in the first place, but it’s so coooool :’)

I think my best moment meeting a Kokomi main during a Signora fight coop where we both forgot to leave when everyone died and started fighting her between the two of us, it was so hilarious because it was just Kokomi and Childe, no elemental reactions, just comradery and sheer will power helping us survive, Childe literally just kept on critting and Kokomi healing was op, we both lived and beat Signora between the two of us

Kokomi was definitely made for co-op. I love playing healers in games like Overwatch, but I could never find a Genshin healer I enjoyed playing until I got Kokomi. Well worth the guarantee after a C4 Keqing

One of the most hated characters in Genshin during her first banner, I'm so glad I'm a waifu first guy and still got her, seeing as she's now so desired in coop and overall a great support for so many comps.
I’ve always loved Kokomi mains because of 3 main reasons: (and many more)
1. Reactions- since I’m a Yanfei main we can do vaporize all the time
2. Heals- they are amazing healers and they will always save the team
3. just personality- every time I get out of a domain or fight and I have half hp, they get out their jellyfish and heal me 😭🤩

I never use Xiao in coop because I'm afraid I would burden everyone with my low health, especially the healer. My phone lags a lot during coop, so dodging is quite hard for me. It would be nice if I could play with Kokomi main in coop. ^^

It's a good thing that a lot of us are enjoying being the support/healer.
I usually play random coop in domains (specifically lower level domains so I can help lower AR), but I usually pick healer so they can still enjoy the fight.
I also think that being a healer specially when fighting chonky is a big responsibility, it also give you the pride of protecting your team. And since I don't have Kokomi, I mostly use Diona and I feel sht when one of my team is down. Sorry dude I couldn't protect you.

I main Kazuha and Yoimiya, and I have to say that it is pleasure to see a Kokomi user. She's so pretty, kind of reminds me of waterfall, and I love it. Plus, she might be the best healer in game. I'm really looking into building and using her in my main team, but I don't really want to leave my Diona. Might use them both for freeze, plus for reactions. I think this video is actually amazing, showing how much potential Kokomi has, and only what you need to do is: farming her materials, fighting Hydro Hypostatis(He), and feeding her artifacts with HP, since her healing scales from her health. Thank Celestia, I actually got her. Even if I wanted to finally get a Keqing, I'm still happy to have such beatiful character. Keqing can wait, I will get her once, its just 50/50 keeps me away from getting her. Amazing video, my good sir :)
I am enjoying and having fun playing Kokomi. Of course, I dislike farming for her. This shit sucks. But hey, she already has 39k hp(on 69lvl) still leveling up her talents. As soon i will be done with talents, I will go for farming, and then getting her up to 80. Not quite sure about 90, but we will see. I don't really like wasting that much of resources and money. My plans for now, is 80 lvl Kokomi with 8/8/8 talents. Let's see how it will turn out :)

I main Kokomi in taser teams and oh boy, that team slays. I used to play meta before Koko came out mostly, Hu Tao vape and many variants of morgana.
I guess running meta teams isn't so bad but abyss gets so bland after a while.
Having the taser team beat perpetual mechanical array of 2.1 abyss and the ruin sentinels of 2.2 abyss is so satisfying to the point I share my videos to friends who dissed Koko lol
I'm also on the fence of putting my Koko on freeze comps 'cause that would mean she would have less screen time compared to taser which is a team she is a star of.
I was using kokomi when fighting azhdaha and someone tried to run away everytime im trying to heal them. They ended up dying and blaming my kokomi for bad artifacts. I did keep him alive for a while with her ult though

kokomis the first healer whose e skill alone can heal the whole party in range. thats so important when you're done with a domain/boss but you don't wanna use your burst (it also doesnt have to hit an enemy!)
noelle and jeans healing attacks need to hit an enemy, and barbara and qiqis e skills only heal the one using them. benny, barbara, diona, and jeans healing are on their burst, and it kinda sucks wasting that when theres no enemies around xD
