In which machine you are facing. If it is compressor remove air tube of sump pressure tube and just give air by mouth or other source and start compressor immediately. connect
Check motor rotation means positive pressure edge is not detected at starting of Compressor at sump pressure sensor. Apply T connector at sump pressure sensor and give pressure when you start compressor after compressor starts blind that air tube from where you have given pressure. Chech air tube leakage at sump pressure connection and compressors pressure head it's working properly to resolve this problem permanently. It may because drive is applied to Compressor motor to start and acceleration time is longer.
