We have shared our lives together and now have 2 boys and my day is so full of love that I sometimes don't take the time to appreciate how lucky we are. Hi Joel! Ouuuu that bowl of noodles had my stomach growling. Looked so delicious. I agree with you on eating something outside of your regimen. Worrying about it will just ruin the moment. I try to not eat much meat but when I do I just eat it. Most of the time it’s sauté salmon or pesto pizza 🍕 What a great surprise for Li! Any surprise that warms the tummy gets a 👍🏽 from me.

I'm definitely an American, what American women expect when you say you have a surprise for them, usually jewelry, flower's and Li with her bowl of noodles. lol. Love her humor and her ability to speak her mind. I don't think I'd be as humorous as Li. Noodles look fantastic. When will you be able to travel outside of Thailand again?
Saibaidee Joel and Li! Dooood! I haven't had MAMA in years. Definitely takes me back as a young kid where I would eat MAMA and jazz it up with scallions and egg. Granted I'll still eat instant noodles but it's typically Japanese or Korean style instant noodles. That Sai Ua looked SAAP! SAAP LAI! You just needed some sticky rice. Lol. Sai Ua is so unique because of the herbs and fat. In the states, most of the sausages are emulsified so you don't get that type of texture you get from Sai Ua. Oh man what a treat! Hello! Hilarious video this time . Li seemed almost pissed off 😲 😁. Maybe your body just needed/ was craving something that's in mama noodles and not in fruits and oats. Some mineral or something? Anyway, my favourite mama dinner is: two packets of creamy shrimp tom yum noodles. I add green asparagus beans and sliced/ cubed norwegian fish cakes. And sometimes mushrooms. I like to have bread on the side as well. Makes a cheap and tasty carb meal 🍲. Today however, as we speak, I am currently simmering a pork knuckle in a lot of spices. I am attempting to make ka moo. Should be done in 2 hours from now. I hope it doesn't matter that the seczhuan peppercorns I used expired in 2012.... 🤢 I just added more of them, since they didn't smell much 🙄.... I liked what you said in the video about allowing one self to have a treat! Thanks again for a great video! 🖖

What I really like about that Channel is that it is so natural and real. This really stands Out. I had a lot of channels I used to love and then had to unfollow because creators wanted to be more successful (in terms of Views) and they wanted to achieve this by going more Mainstream with a certain style of editing, talking, length of videos and topics and so on. It became more Slick and this often stole autheticity. With this Channel it is different. It is Not staged at all, it seems very spontaneous and I like the way you guys do it. Right now I ride six days a week and I do just short calisthenics besides that. Six rides a week and then one day off. The six rides in total are going to be about 17 or 18 hours, and in that time each week its going to include about one hour (nor more than 90 minutes), of time spent above lactate threshold. So this usually comes out to about three easier rides, and three harder rides, with just one of those including an all out effort once a week (10 to 20 minutes)

Wow Louis! I am smiling, focusing on the oatmeal, I love it! Yes, this is the oatmeal we have here, its imported from Australia. Theres another brand that is from Germany, but it costs 5 times more than this one. No oatmeal (that I know of) that grows in Thailand. This big bag costs 100 baht (about 3$US)

Regret is always something in the past and can only be current/now or future if we allow it. That cafe i have been there before . I go with Buriram bike club to climb Doi Inthanon but sleep in Chiangmai 1 night. It hard to find good Sai-oua in Isan . So sad.

Hi Joel! Ouuuu that bowl of noodles had my stomach growling. Looked so delicious. I agree with you on eating something outside of your regimen. Worrying about it will just ruin the moment. I try to not eat much meat but when I do I just eat it. Most of the time it’s sauté salmon or pesto pizza 🍕 What a great surprise for Li! Any surprise that warms the tummy gets a 👍🏽 from me.

I'm definitely an American, what American women expect when you say you have a surprise for them, usually jewelry, flower's and Li with her bowl of noodles. lol. Saibaidee Joel and Li! Dooood! I haven't had MAMA in years. Definitely takes me back as a young kid where I would eat MAMA and jazz it up with scallions and egg. Granted I'll still eat instant noodles but it's typically Japanese or Korean style instant noodles. That Sai Ua looked SAAP! SAAP LAI! You just needed some sticky rice. Lol. Sai Ua is so unique because of the herbs and fat. In the states, most of the sausages are emulsified so you don't get that type of texture you get from Sai Ua. Oh man what a treat! Hope all is well with you and Li.

Maybe your body just needed/ was craving something that's in mama noodles and not in fruits and oats. Some mineral or something? Anyway, my favourite mama dinner is: two packets of creamy shrimp tom yum noodles. I add green asparagus beans and sliced/ cubed norwegian fish cakes. And sometimes mushrooms. I like to have bread on the side as well. Makes a cheap and tasty carb meal 🍲.
Today however, as we speak, I am currently simmering a pork knuckle in a lot of spices. I am attempting to make ka moo. Should be done in 2 hours from now. I hope it doesn't matter that the seczhuan peppercorns I used expired in 2012.... 🤢 I just added more of them, since they didn't smell much 🙄....

I had a lot of channels I used to love and then had to unfollow because creators wanted to be more successful (in terms of Views) and they wanted to achieve this by going more Mainstream with a certain style of editing, talking, length of videos and topics and so on. It became more Slick and this often stole autheticity.
With this Channel it is different. It is Not staged at all, it seems very spontaneous and I like the way you guys do it. I am pretty sure with the way you do it you very much stand Out and will be successful. Please keep in doing what you are doing :)

Right now I ride six days a week and I do just short calisthenics besides that. Six rides a week and then one day off. The six rides in total are going to be about 17 or 18 hours, and in that time each week its going to include about one hour (nor more than 90 minutes), of time spent above lactate threshold. So this usually comes out to about three easier rides, and three harder rides, with just one of those including an all out effort once a week (10 to 20 minutes)

And if you see the amount of exercise I get, yes public opinion would say that I could eat whatever I want but, it’s just my choice like I said in the video, going for the best that I can possibly be. And therefore, I am happy and proud to have my oatmeal salad dumplings brown bread brown rice fresh fruit, rinse and repeat 100 times :-)

Yes, this is the oatmeal we have here, its imported from Australia. Theres another brand that is from Germany, but it costs 5 times more than this one.
No oatmeal (that I know of) that grows in Thailand. This big bag costs 100 baht (about 3$US)
Filling yourself and heart with love is the best tasting recipe you will get in your life.
Our lives are too short and most filled with regret. Regret is always something in the past and can only be current/now or future if we allow it.
So never look to the past of what you should have done, God did not create us to live in the past, he has given us life to move forward Now & Beyond to give us a chance to DO what we could not do in the past.
