Is the bulkhead manufactured in -T condition?

Why isn’t the bulkhead flat? It looks like it is a bit warped

I'm assuming you're talking about the aluminum bulkhead. During the bead rolling process, the metal moves just enough to cause that. It is, however, a non-issue, as the bulkhead straightens back out during assembly with the skins. This flattening is shown in the video.

We probably should have done it that way for demo purposes. But it's kinda hard to resist when the rivet gun is out.
